I grew up listening to techno and house, loved kaskade when you used to make some really solid house music. then I started listening to portishead and triphop stuff. when I found out about late night alumni I was hooked. it's like the melting pot of my favorite music :) It's too bad they don't tour, I would love to see them perform live
Part 2 of this series talks about integrating live and sequenced portions. I'm certain that none of the vocals - both Becky and Hailey aren't lipsynching. They really are that good. This is a band of perfectionists. The drums, percussion, and perhaps bass are about the only components sequenced. A string trio, two guitars, 2-3 keys, 2 outstanding lead vocalists make alota sound. Being a drummer myself I'd love to hear an acoustic drummer in the mix but that would raise the stage volume.
I know this is an old comment, but no way these vocals were live. The way how she takes breath, or basically how much she opens her mouth just doesn't match the audio. Besides, it just can not be that good, they sound the same as on record. And I mean same as exactly the same.
Alex really? If you knew anything about this and you would realize it would be an insult for a band of this talent to "fake" anything. Perhaps you should switch back to what you know...Ashley Simpson?
