I feel bad about the initial dump of doubt and dislike for the previous episode. I think this was the best way for us as an audience to feel the impact of this episode given that we would need to be set up into thinking “Just like that?” from the previous one. Clearly, this episode was made at the same time as the previous and it was all a dramatic set up. Thank you Chikn Nuggit Team.
THIS does confirm That Chikn will remain a ticking time bomb between himself and his Demi Form. He has complete control over his Base Form and Demi Form as shown when he reverts back to his Base Form. But If this was to happen again and feels ignored, Chikn could *easily* transform back into his Demi-Form at will when provoked. He’s emotionally unstable at this time…
@@jackhageman9983"If you don't treat me well, I might end up ruining the lives of you and everyone you love!" Yeah, I can see how that would be abusive
@@KittyKatty999 being emotionally unstable is not abusive. and Chikn doesn't act like this, he was trying to avoid this through all of this story. why has everyone forgotten that BEZEL is the one who got Chikn to this point???
I love how when he says that he’s mad at her you can somewhat hear Chikins voice meaning that it’s not just him being out of control and not being able to control himself but it’s also genuinely him being upset at Chee
What I’ve noticed here is that in the previous video, after Chee pushes Chikn, it fades into memories and what we considered to be the “ending” of this arc with Chee holding Chikn in her arms and everything being okay. HOWEVER, in this video, in the same exact part where Chee pushes Chikn, it instead fades to Chee being put to sleep by Chikn. One could infer that the events that happened in the previous video after Chee pushed Chikn were merely a dream/illusion sequence from Chee, who in reality is actually asleep because of Chikn’s powers. Everything that happened in the last video afterwards from Chee pushing Chikn is from her head as she’s asleep and what she most likely wished could have happened, but the reality is, it can’t be wrapped up that easily because Chikn will always remember. So no, this is not an alternate ending. The previous video was simply a fake out/fantastical ending molded by Chee’s own desires. (This is just my theory by the way, feel free to drop any opinions of your own)
Despite feeling overly rushed, and it still really does At least they're pointing out that Chikn hasn't just started forgiving Chee for quite literally ignoring and borderline forgetting him
I mean, not just Chee, but like practically everyone else did, too. Slushi saw him during a moment when she could have tried to do something, but we didn't see her do anything.
NOW THIS. THIS. Thank you guys, the other episode wouldn't have satisfied me, Just bcuz they hugged, doesn't mean Chikin automatically feels better thanks for depicting that
imma be fr i think the last episode was like a fake out cus what ive learnt from chikn nuggit is that they donr back down when it comes to hard hitting moments
I agree The previous episode felt very disatisfactory But with this i feel very avenged that now they are gonna talk about the emotions and confront what's goin on and how chikn feels
This is definitely a much better resolution, but i do hope that they extend this to the rest of the cast. Like as much as Chee was the first domino in the cascade, all of the other characters were ignoring him, which is a yikes in itself. Sure don't babysit your friends, but the fact that none of them, even the celestial beings whose entire job it was to watch him, bothered to actually check up on him is terrible. Like there's so many episodes of Chikn reaching out and being there when other characters were sad, and yet not a single one of them up until this point actually returned that sentiment. And even then, the only reason any of them know that Chikn isn't doing okay is because Slushi happened to see him walk past, if that chance encounter hadn't happened who knows when and if they would've even realised that. Chikn absolutely needs to get better and being more assertive and voicing his needs, but the rest of his friends do need to be more attentive.
THIS! This is why we let'em cook, folks. They did a good job with this one. Yes they did hug it out BUT...Chikn also was able to be calmed enough to think and act rationally. Enough to be able to address his feelings in a healthier manner. His anger is valid. Just as his care for Chee is also valid. She may not realize yet how she fucked up yet but she's not a bad person for it. She made a mistake too. It wasn't intentional.
That's what I feared. That the other video was the defininitive ending to the arc. The sigh of *RELIEF* when I realized that the previous was just a DREAM. 😮💨
It still feels half-baked. There's no real emotional payoff, and considering how he deflected all attempts to help him until now, why would this one be any different? Especially considering Chee seemed to think that all she had to do was say "i'm your friend" and it'll all be fine, if anything that should set chikn off even more in his state. To me there's not a good enough justification for him "sobering up"
Finally! This is the real ending. When you're going through something with your friends that makes you mad at each other, it's not easily solved with a simple 'knock it off' or 'I'm sorry.' It takes time and a lot of talking to work things out. This is the best series!

A friendship is not a simple, happy, joyful thing that some people could say. Some problems, like mistrusting, misunderstanding, lack of communication, neglect, and selfishness can destroy it. You may have a romantic relationship or other important things to do, but don't forget about your friend(s)..

@@CyberBlastoise Something that a lot of fans don’t realize that, outside of the *one* instance where Chee completely blew him off and was rude and inconsiderate, she really didn’t do anything wrong. Nobody ignored or left him behind; he just chose to start isolating and watching from the sidelines when she couldn’t dedicate herself to him 100% of the time anymore. Chikn began spiraling, self-isolating, and destroying the fabric of reality because she wasn’t available 100% of the time, and that shouldn’t go unremarked on.

And the point why everyone is paying a lot attention to it(except authors make few episodes about this issue) is because Bezel was chaotic, and Chee wasn't, she was kind and always the good friend of Chikn. If you are a good boy/girl for the whole life, when you will do something out of your normal behavior, everyone will remember that way harder than someone okay/evil doing that. I personally don't hate Chee, but i'm sure with relations as between Chikn and Chee, after got girlfriend, she didn't even tried to communicate with him about this. She totally guilty in this situation. More than anyone else, since if this problem wasn't in the first place we didn't get that all lead to this episode.
@@beeziebubs2756yeah, very true. I more took issue with how chee just sorta…. Won in the alternate ending. Especially how she carried chikn out of the bubble. It read way too much as chee doing absolutely nothing wrong as the pure hearted hero, which just felt like it neglected the disconnect they had, regardless of who was actually responsible for that. I like this ending a lot more because of the communication. Also this is just my interpretation, but bezel being the manipulative doomsday clock and all, I imagine he manipulated chikn into self isolating after how chee blew him off those first times. It makes the whole arc read a lot better that way imo, and it makes bearzel feel more deserved. They do still need to talk tho
@@ChukiTheErmine The exact episode you reference where Bezel begins manipulating Chikn is the exact same episode you see Chikn alone and watching his friends, Chee included, hanging out with each other. The show had already began depicting Chikn as being a loner before Bezel even entered the picture. The whole ‘she didn’t even try to contact chikn’ is something you just made up or assumed. She ignored Chikn exactly one time, and she was already engaged in other plans the other times she was asked to play. She needs to apologize for the one time she was rude and inconsiderate, but to say she is totally guilty is wrong. Saying your friends are responsible for you when you begin ‘ripping the fabric of reality at the seams’ is not the take you think it is.
She was a bad friend. But like so many, she fell into the "only got time for me and my significant other" trope. People need to balance their relationships better. It's easy to get sucked into the high of a new romantic relationship. But to exclude those loyal friends whilst you're off dating is unreasonable and cruel.
It’s understandable that chikn is upset. Chee is in her first relationship so it’s understandable that chee would be so focused on spending as much time as she can with her new girlfriend. She didn’t mean to leave chkin behind by being so caught up with her relationship she didn’t hang out with him him as much anymore. But it still happened and chikin is understandably hurt by that. You can still hurt the people close to you even unintentionally. EDIT: Wow I’m surprised how many people are letting me know that Chee was getting hate. FYI, I wasn’t ignoring Bezel’s contribution. I’ve seen those episodes. I was just pointing out how it started because Chee is very much and in the puppy love stage of her very first romantic relationship with someone she has been crushing on for a long time. It’s perfectly fine she wants to be with her girlfriend, but in the process she did unintentionally hurt chikin. While people are completely demonizing Chee I’ve seen people doing the same thing to Chikin. I completely disagree with people saying that he is toxic being so codependent, it’s not toxic/dependent for someone to feel left out and they miss their best friend when said best friend starts a relationship. Those are perfectly normal feelings that we shouldn’t heavily demonize because they are not problematic. Chikin missing spending time with his best friend was not remotely presented as problematic obsession in the episodes. Invalidating that type of hurt and calling it toxic is gross. Can we normalize not demonizing every form of someone getting their feelings hurt and does labeling it was problematic because in this situation “Chikin can’t support Chee’s relationship” when that’s not happening. Society has a severe mental health crisis & a lack of empathy. Problem and wanted to gaslight people thinking they are problematic, because (for example) they miss their closest friend who started dating is not helping. Bottom line is it’s OK that chikin was missing his best friend. That’s not toxic or a sign he has a codependency issues. That is a simple normal feeling that does not deserve to be invalidated/demonized. It’s perfectly normal to miss the people you are close to when their presents becomes an absence. All the destruction he’s causing is not a tantrum, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t have awoken as the demigod of chaos is bezel wasn’t getting into his head.

The fact that the team made this short bc people wanted an explsnation and a discussion between the two is thoughtful and shows why we care about this show
Personally, I'm choosing to see the first one as how Chee wanted and/or expected things to go after she hugged Chikn. But this is what really happened. Life isn't all sunshine and rainbows, and sometimes, it takes more than just a hug and a few encouraging words to help someone- especially if you've contributed to the reason why they're hurting. Edit: I get it y'all, this is the reality while the last episode was Chee's dream. I was wrong, lol
I'm seeing it not as 2 endings, but as the first being the beginning and the end, while this one is the middle. This is what happens before they leave the bubble.
I actually can relate to what Chikn’s going through and feeling all those friends he had that are now in a relationship with someone and eventually put you behind and forgotten. You need someone who can be more then a friend
I believe that the last video is still canon, with Chee caring Chikn out of the orb. But this moment shows what happens before exiting the orb, showing that Chikn is still hurt. Hugs are nice and can help people, but for Chikn, they need more than affection. A spoken dialuge with his closest friend is needed.
Exactly, this is what I’ve been waiting for, we finally seen some raw emotion from him and he finally expressed how hurt he is, and Chee needed to hear it.
I love how realistic and slice of life like this series is. There interactions seem so natural (of course it a little cartoony) and I love that the story highlights that it’s not all forgiven just because she said sorry. I love that they’re going to talk about this like adults and show that what the right thing to do in these situations is.
THE WAY THE NAMES MATCH UP!! “iIt’ll be ok” “Or will it?” And so do the thumbnails OMG! if you look in one chikn is happy, in the other chikn is still in his demigod form!
Actually i think it's an in-between This is likely what happened after the hug and before Chee exited the bubble (like what happened during the flashbacks and Bezel basically saying "well she's screwed")
I think Chee will escape it, if chikn doesn't wake her up himself, by seeing all the flashbacks until she sees the parts where she did chikn wrong and eventually realizes why chikn is like this and when she finally understands her mistake she will wake up from her slumber
@@slusixvioletpotatoI have a feeling it’s essentially as “find the goal” dream. She can’t wake up until the one who casted it removes it or she finds why she’s put to sleep.
There's some people saying that now there's two endings. Personally, I never saw the last video as an "ending", and a lot of people seemed to jump to that conclusion in the comments of that one, IMO. Just because Chee believed it was the end or because it was framed as a potential ending for suspense doesn't mean it was one. It was too fantastical and devoid of conflict. It's almost as if it was a dream Chee had, which seems to be the implication based on what happened here. I know a lot of people hate the "it was just a dream" trope, but I feel it's done well here. The whole conflict wasn't a dream, nor the whole story. Chee wishes for more control over her situation and the power to show Chikn her friendship with him in the easiest, most conflict-avoidant way, which aligns well with her character. Chikn being the one with power in this scenario as a demi-god of chaos showcases both his emotions and his restraint well, also aligning with who we know his character to be. They're both hurting from each other's actions, but they both still care for each other and love each other as friends. It's beautiful and I'm looking forward to how they talk through it and what comes next. 🧡
This entire part feels like the chikn nuggit team realising that they fucked up with that other ending, considering that it was just so... anti climactic, and the community was VERY Vocal about that.
I think that monday's ending was some kind of hallucination or dream of Chee, if we see she has his eyes closed. It can be everything, really! After all, as we also see in monday's video, when Chee hugged him Kyra & the writers didn't let us see what happened afterwards, they basically cut the frame away. the difference in the title of monday's video and today's are balanced, "it'll be ok, or Will it..?" So I think monday's one was a fake ending or something, but your theories do have a point either!
And here it is. I'm glad the creator put this in the order they wanted to as opposed to the fans constantly clamoring about it 'not happening'/happening too soon. And like any good friendship, it is something they need to discuss.
I'll be honest, a lot of this arc wasn't really handled well in my eyes. Some great highlights! but the pacing's awkward and I feel like the emotional payoff's a bit backwards here. But! This was the big thing I wanted! Some core character growth and accountability! And it's built on a strong foundation! I'm excited to see this resolve and, hopefully, push this series toward interesting future experiments like this arc has been!
Chikn is right and wrong. He was so upset when Chee stopped hanging out with him because she was dating Cofi but he has to know that she still cares. A true friend forgives
He never talked to Chee about it. He went straight to starting the apocalypse. When your friend starts dating someone, you expect them to start splitting their time between their old friends and their new partner. It just happens. Chikn needs to learn to chill out and understand that Chee does not owe her time to him.
The dog is not right. He made a drama for nothing, basically he isolated himself. In other episodes, ,it's looks her friend, the cat, goes out with the others.
Just noticed that they released this episode after alot of people being mad about Chee not apologizing properly and Chikn not explaining what Chee did to him.
Poor Chikn..they really need to have a talk. Although a part of me feels like this could've been avoided if Chikn was honest about how he felt left out. Maybe he didn't wanna worry her, but comes to show how important communication is.
Honestly this is where I'm a little torn blaming Chee. Nobody is a mind reader, not even the Demigod of Chaos! Chikin never told her directly how he felt. Heck, even Sody Pop was able to communicate his feelings better than Chikin. 😭 I hope he learns and grows from this, and so does Chee.
Yeah, if Chikn was honest about his feelings, none of this would have happened. He's a victim, but he's also an abuser to Chee and the others in this situation. Being both is surprisingly common IRL
@@KittyKatty999 I think Abuser is too harsh a word here. Hell I even think Victim is too. Abuse implies a lot. Victim does as well. I think this is miscommunication and misunderstandings at most.
@@KittyKatty999 Yeah being honest wouldve helped, but it also didnt help that chee shunned and left chikn to spiral just to focus on her gf, then being shocked that now hes upset? Thats a bit silly
I'm so glad Chikin knows, even while he's so mad at Chee that he's willing to rip the fabric of the universe...that Chee will be willing to hear him out. Real relationships have problems. Strong relationships work through them. The best relationships work through their problems together, with respect and love, even when you're angry.
THIS ONE IS SO MUCH BETTER. chikn is OBVIOUSLY going to be upset at chee for leaving him behind and rightfully so. i mean, if my friend abandoned me for their partner i would feel hurt too- so this is a more realistic outcome and i would love to see how chikn and chee talk things out.
As someone whom has had their best friend abandon them over their romantic partner, I understand how Chikn feels. I just hope that Chikn can at least get some closure unlike me.
I KNEW IT! I literally told myself when I was watching "It'll be okay" that they were probably gonna animate what REALLY happened in the bubble that we didn't see. I'm looking forward to the next animation so Chikin and Chee's friendship will be back to normal 👏🏽
I’m pretty sure this is what happened while Chee was in the bubble after she said “knock it off” but because the last episode was not only shown from her perspective, but it also cut away from the conflict mid way to show what was happening outside, we didn’t see this happen since she was also clearly knocked out as shown here.
Okay, this makes it better. I was getting frustrated by Chee's whole "we'll always be there for you" when the thing that kicked this off was that she wasn't. Glad to see Chikn having the chance to lay that out.
In fairness, there was no way to know if there would be a fake out ending or not. It very well could have ended poorly. Would not have been the first time.
"I'm mad at you! You left me behind! You were inconsiderate... but I care about you." What's this feeling I'm experiencing inside of me after hearing Chikn say that?
I’m happy this realization from chikn happened becuase the last video made me think that they were just going to ignore Cheezborger leaving chikn out and all the other things but I’m glad they’re at least going to talk about it now
Honestly, I wasn't too such if it was over because Iscream and French fry would still need to check if Chikn Nuggit is alright. I had a strong feeling that it wasn't over, along with the fact that Bezel is still in his bear form and can't go back to his normal form without Chikn fixing him.
*Attention everyone:* Its possible in tragic situations like this for BOTH people to be in the wrong. That both people did things that hurt each other, and that both people need to talk things out and work on better communication, and self improvements. You can be BOTH a Victim of someone else's (possibly unintentional) abuse, and an Abuser of someone else due to being abused so much yourself. Real Life *isn't* Black And White Morality. Things are extremely complicated and multi-facated. It's important to try and get help to cope with, and possibly resolve a tragic situation. If you don't try and get help, and instantly resort to drastic measures, then *you are in the wrong for that.* Hurt people, hurt people. So try and talk things out calmly, apologise for things on both sides when applicable. Or...You could simply end a genuinely toxic friendship, and become friends with someone else out of billions on the planet
Some ppl are scared to get help so they resort to drastic measures, ppl with depression aren't gonna say ''i need help'', so eventually drastic measures happen, so I don't think they are in the wrong, at the same time I think seeing ''who is in the wrong'' is very opinioned and it's not easy for someone to always say they need help. Sometimes you need to go to them and ask them, so If they do smth drastic I don't think it's their fault bc some ppl can't say they need help so they try to tell people in a more reflective way
i completely understand why chikin got so upset. he felt left out, and it caused him to spiral and unlock his demigod form. chee and the others didn’t mean to leave him out, but they got too caught up in their own stuff and forgot about him…i do hope everyone tries to include chikin more.
See? Now, this is more like it. It's still gonna be okay, but Chikn has things he needs to say to Chee when she wakes up. Thank you for properly closing the lore, Kyra
People are saying this is a separate ending, but to me, I think this happened while we were seeing sped up cute flashbacks in the first video and it was to cover up this scene we see before us.

I think this was the best way for us as an audience to feel the impact of this episode given that we would need to be set up into thinking “Just like that?” from the previous one.
Clearly, this episode was made at the same time as the previous and it was all a dramatic set up.

The pain and anger at Chee is equally as real as his love for Chee
My farts are be0tter than Chikn Nuggit's farts.
Him being mad is also a real feeling.
THIS does confirm
That Chikn will remain a ticking time bomb between himself and his Demi Form. He has complete control over his Base Form and Demi Form as shown when he reverts back to his Base Form. But If this was to happen again and feels ignored, Chikn could *easily* transform back into his Demi-Form at will when provoked. He’s emotionally unstable at this time…

Oop md pfp !!!
"We need to talk...afterwards" was the kindest thing i ever heard 🙂

Ooooo ok, i was happy with the other ending, but this one is good. They're actually addressing how Chikn felt about being left behind

Omg… this is so clever how there is two endings
You were first
Less anticlimactic at least
I know you
I think it's more so what happened when the screen shifted to Fwench Fwy, Bearzel and Iscream as Chee was talking to Chikn
I don’t think these are two endings. I think it’s what actually made Chikin knock it off
Even though he's mad at Chee, Chikn still cares about her.
I’m pretty sure this is what happened while Chee was in the bubble after she said “knock it off” but because the last episode was not only shown from her perspective, but it also cut away from the conflict mid way to show what was happening outside, we didn’t see this happen since she was also clearly knocked out as shown here.
Chickn literally gave me the "I am not mad, just disappointed." vibes
Okay, this makes it better. I was getting frustrated by Chee's whole "we'll always be there for you" when the thing that kicked this off was that she wasn't. Glad to see Chikn having the chance to lay that out.
This gives me Ultimate Kevin and Gwen's "I only let you live because of what you used to mean to me" vibes.
Love how everyone was getting angsty in the previous video since the "conclusion" was so clunky. Counting the eggs before they hatched, so to say...
My farts are be0tter than Chikn Nuggit's farts.
It was needed, this was a much better conclusion than that video
In fairness, there was no way to know if there would be a fake out ending or not. It very well could have ended poorly. Would not have been the first time.
@gregs8908 I do think this video was planned so it wasn't as needed so much as it was planned
I dunno how long it takes to make these, but it honestly feels like this was put together real quick in response to those comments.
I knew it! I felt like there was a lot of unsolved issues for Chikn to be happy again just like that.
"I'm mad at you! You left me behind! You were inconsiderate... but I care about you."
What's this feeling I'm experiencing inside of me after hearing Chikn say that?
It doesn't even hit close to home, it's strait up bombarding my exact location
If you don't try and get help, and instantly resort to drastic measures, then *you are in the wrong for that.*
Hurt people, hurt people.
What about hawt sauce
@@The_evil_jonkler-cart445 eh, he just wasn’t there 😭
i think he was probably busy fixing himself

@@Luwis1337Also Bill technically
See? Now, this is more like it. It's still gonna be okay, but Chikn has things he needs to say to Chee when she wakes up. Thank you for properly closing the lore, Kyra

@@AUTTP_200bot-wl1pdTHANK YOU ANTI UTTP 🙏 I’M REPORTING ALL THE COMMENTS I SEE OF THEM
Sure do love that the catalyst for Chikn's transformation was Chee being in a relationship. Totes cool, such a good friend.
People are saying this is a separate ending, but to me, I think this happened while we were seeing sped up cute flashbacks in the first video and it was to cover up this scene we see before us.
This actually seems a little more satisfying than the other imo. It actually addresses the issues that caused this rather than, le happy ending immediately
Ok, now I feel complete lmao
It didn't seem right thay things just went good out of nowhere. I'm glad they're gonna talk about the situation.
Hopefully it continues. It’d be pretty anticlimactic if this was what 2 years of buildup was for
My farts are better than Chikn Nuggit's farts.
Ikr, this is way better in my opinion
I trust the team to know what they're doing
oh its riffraff
bro is tryna escape
Omg can yall just be patient
Whether or not this was planned or a reaction to the reception of the last video, I appreciate the writer(s) for not just brushing over chikn’s feelings!
I’d be surprised if this was put together so quick cause of the response to the last video cause it came out two days ago and the turnaround for even a short takes longer than two days. So I expect this was planned.
I would like to know which one it is, but I feel confident that this had to be planned in advance
Animation takes a long time (even if it's a short) so I doubt this was made as a response to the backlash of the last short.
You all in the comments have a fair point! It would be more realistic to assume it was planned from the beginning
The "it'll be okay" video and this one are good. It would just be a bit better if Chee wouldn't have said "shut up" and "stop acting like this!". That's what i think
“KNOCK IT OFF!!!” *tackles*
"but.. we have to talk, afterwards"
My ptsd hitting like a truck
YESSSSS!!!! I just KNEW the previous episode didn't feel right! It was too simple. Too easy. Didn't address Chikn's loneliness.
I'm so relieved we have this video after seeing the other one😅 The writers or creator definitely psyched us out
Cheezborgr might not have any special superpowers, but they sure are a good friend.
