Pretty much yes, it's just that some parts, mainly the finale at 1:35 , needs 2 hands if you want to play all notes so Gregorius only plays the accords that the left hand would play normally. The beautiful arpeggios (accords played as single notes in a rapid manner) are not animated there because he's holding a baton in his left hand and the right hand area of the piano would be where those notes are played. Mitsukiyo, the composer of the BGM actually posted a video on his twitter some time ago where he played this part of the finale on their piano so it's definitely playable with just 2 hands

製作陣（マエストロ）の粋なこだわりには喝采を贈らざるを得ないよね。そんで動画の終わり方もちょっと凝ってて良いね
ラスト一気に盛り上げるところ、コスト回復力も上がり生徒たちはEXスキルを連打でき、相手の聖歌隊も火力が一気に伸びるというクライマックスを演出し、最後は演奏の終わりとともに静かに礼をするグレゴリオ...なんか態度デカくない？と思っていたがここまでかっこいいとは思っていなかった。
というかオルガンのオーラも徐々に広がり、最後演奏が終わると同時にオーラも蝋燭の炎も消えるのか、すごいな...

なんだこの演出の懲り具合は…称賛しか挙げられねぇ！
曲の終わりが即死だから、早いとピッチが上がって、スキル選択とかで遅くなるとピッチが下がってるのかな。
今さら気づいたのですが指揮じゃなく演奏してる方の運指がちゃんと演奏に対応してるんですね…！こだわりが凄い…！
ラストの部分終わったあとはしごが垂れてくるのが幕が垂れてくるみたいに見える
