Interest on debenture is calculated per annum only, when we calculate interest on the face value it gives the answer for one year's interest.

Issue Expenses calculated on Face value + premium
But previous sum only calculated on Face value only.

for par we will take FV - Issue expenses ,for premium FV + premium - issue expenses ,for discount FV- discount-Issue expenses . I think you got this?
