I’m more of a Medium well steak lover myself. I believe there are a lot more of us out here than most people think. Wish you could find more cooks that reflect that taste.

I agree, there is nothing wrong with going Medium. I'm personally a medium rare type but depending on the cut, I like medium too.

Loving your videos man. Been binge watching them on my lunch breaks this week. I‘m a little north of you in Cherokee county, so greetings neighbor! You bout got me committed to getting into the kamado world. Already told my wife I wanted a Kamado Joe. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks so much for watching!!! Really glad you are enjoying the content! I'm definitely biased but I think the KJs are the best grill you can buy. As you've seen you can do so many types of cooks on them and aside from that, they're fun to use. Since you're in Cherokee county make sure to go to Atlanta Grill Company in Roswell. They have everything you could ever need! Cheers, neighbor!

RUclips in its infinite wisdom recommended this video to me. That was a great looking Filet dinner. .. even though it was a little over cooked. great looking Kamado table also. Take care!

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, definitely overshot it but it was still tasty. The table is fantastic - comes from a brand called JJ George.

@@KamadoMax Well, I won't hold it against you that you didn't build it yourself... LOL.. I designed and built my own for my kettle. Take care.

The rare steaks are good in pictures but if my mashed potatoes are turning red I am done eating.

You should try the cast iron grates for your steak. Perfect sear marks.

Get a meat thermometer bro. They’re like 10$. We’ll worth the investment so you don’t ruin your expensive meats
