video with Andrews prevost country coach- • TRADED 2016 THOR VENET... Авто/Мото
A lot stronger, and quieter without slides, plus a lot less to go wrong. Properly designed, a Prevost without slides still has plenty of room.
My Man! Love your videos. Love the education you bring to all the guys like me! And I can’t wait to see what your boy ends up with!!! Keep up the awesome work my friend!
I agree! Slides are not needed in a 45 foot long, 102 inch wide coach.
It's nice to see people with slideouts realizing they don't need them.... I'm with ya.
He made a lot of great points. I really appreciate his insights especially as a single guy looking for my first coach.
Seems like most of these coaches are made for couples. Some nice coaches with simple designed interiors are definitely needed out there.
Fade To Black LLC I know you meant conversions but then again why not as couples and groups are are the majority buyers of these big azz buses. Us single folks can custom order or just keep tweaking ready made conversions to our liking. And I’m just really realizing slide-outs are for people who like to stop’n stay for a long time, all the time. Otherwise slide outs are a cramper to travel in, no matter how high-end a brand.
@@marvinjgerald6007 well I have two kids so when I was looking it was kinda hard to find a Pusher with room for them to sleep. Most of the older coaches had chairs and tables. Seems they were set up for a couples style living not families. I like the tour bus style with bunks but for a single person the option for more sleeping is needed at least for guests so your not limited.
I really like the bus Andrew is traveling in. I also like our bath and a half though too.
If only there was a perfect world I'd have two Prevost 😁😁
That’s exactly what my thoughts were and what led me to a used entertainer, didn’t need slides, I was not afraid of a few scratches, Love having the five roof air-conditioning units and the bus air, my coach to me is a working machine and it is utilitarian. Granted we did have quite a few things redone on the interior, floors, larger shower, redid the leather, galley, countertops, new fridge, all new electronics, entertainment and barbecue in the basement bay, Took out three bunks and made an office is no liberty or marathon but it serves my purpose for being on the road as much as possible. As weird as it sounds one of my favorite features is having the slide door between the buddy seat and the drivers compartment to shut me off from my family 😳🤔🤪
It is good to know what you want. Thank you both for the tours and your thoughts on design. Happy trails!
I am with you on no slide out, less chance of leaks, or other problems, nice coach. I saw a provost on truckpaper, looked nice
Thanks for furthering our rv education a bit more. 😉🏴
Shout out to Joel Hemphill and the brothers, my dad used to work for them and Joel married my dad and stepmom. Great people!
I read the title and immediately was thinking when did (Andrew Steele) buy a Prevost
Me too! I was lost at first!
Same here
And me😂
Yes
I thought I missed a year.
Hell I went back and looked to see if I missed a video...
Well did he price his coach...like it... thanks again man✌🏼✌🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I agree. Slides are nice for people who want them.
You can design your bus anyway you want and if you got a really nice Prevost or whatever you can make it very comfortable without the slides
Andrew, it was your first interview and tour of Andrews coach that got us looking for a Country Coach conversion. Please let us know when Andrew is ready to sell his. We LOVE it.
My Newell was an entertainer coach with 8 bunks , lounge in the rear, and only a small toilet room. I removed all but 2 bunks, built a bedroom in the rear, a full bathroom midship, and a roomy full kitchen. It's a big job if you do it right!! I have a solid coach without all the superfluous options that require more service.
I'd love to see one of the Newell entertainer coaches!
Can you say how much?
@@RVingwithAndrewSteele yes he would
thanks Andrew, that is exactly what i was looking for. This confirms my thought that a entertainer style travel coach is more suitable for us younger guys. we do not need a full time living coach for a retired couple with grand kids. one set of bunks and a pull out couch would be better. big fridge and less indoor kitchen. cook outside. oh, and for your buddy Andrew, get a urinal! it is your coach!
Amen, I’d order a Newell with a minimalist approach, I agree with this guy 100%. Less is more. Designed like my Toyota’s, reliable, nothing gaudy. Grey ghost body paint and tons of stainless. No artist paint job. Love his coach. Less TV’s. Would like a SubZero frig like I have at home.
Great editing when he describes what he wants. Its your coach. lol
I like his reasoning for change to a different configuration coach 👍🏼
When you said “hey Sadie”, Siri came on. Tried it twice and Siri came on each time. lol
Sounds like MARATHON coach number 1309 ( I think its 1309) is the coach for your buddy, it has 2 bunks and a bath and a half, however, that coach is about $2.6 million.
Another great vid Andrew and as always stay safe and give Sadie some love for me
Honestly his best bet is to check with IWS sales out of Boise Idaho. Super C renegade classic with the weather package. Totally customizable! Whether it’s 110° or -30° the coach is comfortable. He can make it exactly the way he wants it and they’re awesome to work with!
Welcome to New Jersey ..👍👍
Looks nice from interior, but the sofa and others black details looks a little bit darkness!👍😄
Great video Andrew. Is there any way you could do a future video on Prevost vs MCI chassis as well as some background on MCI as it pertains to coach builds? thanks
Great suggestion!
He may like the Roberts Brother's Coach design that features the N/S bed with a full shower and washroom behind it. You can find examples on Robert's Brother s Facebook page.
Thank you 🙏
Andrew, your CC is fkn gorgeous!!!!!!!! I feel you though on the needs. I have an XL Featherlite....would love 1 more AC and Bus air!!!!
It is so very interesting...so many angels....
Nice buses. It’s good to know what you like now.
ANDREW: PLEASE TELL ANDREW THAT MY WIFE AND I LOOKED AT THIS ONE BEFORE HE PURCHASED IT AND STILL WOULD LIKE IT. THANKS, MIKE. (WE'VE CHATTED BEFORE).
Sadie stole the Show Again!! Talk about a lay back, easy to listen to guy and Andrew keep your Coach she is a Beauty!!
I met a friend who has a 2003 marathon coach 2 months ago and wanting to charter it as my tour bus for competitions for my marching band season with my friend driving
Andrew needs to call Superior Coach in Lebanon Tn they can do anything he wants.
I drive Class A MH part time and I've never quite understood how uncomfortable going down the road the layout is. Of course I've never had my own but it looks like your driven an 800 I Entegra or any fiberglass high end MH and it's only good for 2😁😁
Andrew Nick Audino at Superior Coach would be great interview for you. Kyle knows him I'm sure.
I seen a Prevost towing another smaller coach that said personal coach. Any idea on that one.
Well if you swing through Wisconsin I have a 40+ lb Frenchie that will great you at the driveway barking. He greets all my tint customers ha ha.
I see what he's saying, I really like that Tour coach but one set of bunks would be good and then use the other side for a big closet. I love having a bath and a half now though so that has to be there as well.
Privacy with slide door/curtain ❤️❤️❤️❤️
buying a prevost is fun to discuss
Wondering what he does for work?
Hey Andrew,
Just Perfect,
V MAN
His thoughts are completely aligned with mine. We'll have a 5th wheel that will stay put (hopes and dreams ) while our Prevost rolls down the road.
We'll always have a sticks and bricks though.
Sorry y'all. I know this is not about me. I think I'm treating this more like an old fashioned internet forum. Lol! Plus, I know the posts and words help Andrew! 👍🇺🇸
haha thank you!!
🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Andrew! Get an old Allegro, man! No slides, no fuel injection, no turbo, no power anything.....bonus is the shag carpet and wood paneling!
I thought you owned a Tiffin Phaeton?
Andrew time to make a move..All this talk..
Pull the trigger and fit in with the best..
Were Andrew's side cameras original or after market?
Original from CC
@@andrewmalek3205 Thanks!
You should go to marathon coach in Oregon
I have, they did not allow me to film
@@RVingwithAndrewSteele they got 2 other facilities in Florida and Texas
Wow Andrew 😁👍🎆🎇🚍
Wow! Is Andrew stuck on Prevost, im asking because im selling my 99 Vanhool 45ft. Entertainer by Caldwell Conversion she has a Cummings 400m11 241000 miles
I'd love to check out the vanhool, where is it located?
@@RVingwithAndrewSteele down here in Jacksonville fl
blayboi, nothing wrong w/ a Vanhool the Dutch build a fine coach
@@notboeingnotgoing5483 I agree to notch
Cody, have you risen in a newer MCI? Our 07 E4500 rides nicer than our minivan.
I got too much bus, wa wa, get a dodge van.
Ford guy 🤟🏽
Sounds like you just want a bunk coach. The bunk always makes the gallery smaller. No need for an entertainer
Someday we will meet up and you’ll be amazed at the stories that I can tell you Thomyt
When I cant even pay for my Honda...
bath in the back on a x is a no go will have to get h3
You can have a full bath in rear and half up front in X3 and H3. Have a look at Roberts Brother's Coach on their Facebook page.
I believe it's possible with a macerator pump.
Very nice to have these first world "problems"
These aren't problems, this is prosperity 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Great problems! Proves if you work hard in the USA, make good choices you can prosper.
The RV industry needs to get thier head out of thier ass with the garbage AC units. The noise is so irritating. Look at the ductless splits, you can't even hear them. Those rooftop blowers drive me nuts.
I think I want a job that I can travel in a bus !!!
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Andrew, don't trade in your Prevost country coach. It's a GREAT rv.
Don’t care about 6 figure paint jobs. Just my option but there it is
🚌🚌🚌🚌🚌🚌🗽
Not a greyhound
Does he need a girl companion
Hemphill will NOT sale you a new coach. They will design it for you to lease. You can buy a used Hemphill after they drive and lease the shit out of it.
Thank you for clarifying
Then, when you lease it you lease their driver also. He wouldn't even be able to drive it himself.
I Love, my ex Hemphill star coach is reliable I am on my new engine, trans, king pin, new tires, new paint etc , yes it did have some issues but like anything it travels down the hwy with no issues w/ the coach at a constant 68 degrees this summer in Arizona across I-40 and pulls like a beast in the hills of Colorado w/o rattling the insides and it has no DEF needed (best thing I ever did was sell the stacker tailer 65' feet total is no joke and you always better have a plan of where you're going with those and get the Prevost engine cradle kit for the weight) yes sometimes the coach is a money pit, but its great family hauler, you are correct it did have a lot of miles on it when I got it (north of 600,000) . I would have no issue doing it again looking at say a used Hemphill, Roberts Bros, Senators, etc, lots of nice coaches in the music city now in the $200K- $300K range.
X3 are a big pile of junk.Always broke down.I work on only Prevost buses.
INTERESTING TO KNOW!!!!! I own an XL...she is amazing. In our FB group it seems the newer ones have lots of simple but frustrating problems
I get it - Andrew wants DURABLE
