    Great video Mikhaïl! спасибо. Thank you for posting. 30 minutes swim away from shore. Man you've got balls and you're a great swimmer. Not to mention your holding breath time. Impressive. I'm too scared of sharks to do this. Thumbs up!

    I watch these vides often, I moved to Florida in 2013 and the last 2 years really been doing a lot of beach spearfishing and recognise so many of these spots. Have never seen you out there. Hope to one day. Dont worry, plenty of hogfish still around waiting for you :)

    Great video man !!! How far do you have to be to shore dive off the beaches in dade and broward county's ? I am assuming it's much easier than the keys with there strict laws of being 3 miles out.

      Hi,
      My cooler set up is very simple. I put a line through the drain hole of the cooler. Also i put in the drain hole piece of rubber band to close up the drain. Next i put a stainless steel stripe to the bottom of the cooler. It allow my cooler keep straight on the surface.

      How u hold your breath for so long I see no scuba gear

    • @rookiefreediver7522

      Sam Bush He probably dose breathing exercises. You know how if you do squats, pushups, and weight lift you get stronger and your muscles get bigger? Well there are breath holding exercises you can do. These exercises can make your lungs bigger allowing you to hold more oxygen on a single breath as well as make your circulatory system more efficient. Red Blood Cells will become stronger and able to hold onto more oxygen as well.
      I have been doing breathing exercises for a couple weeks and have gone from being able to hold my breath for 40 seconds to 1:40.
      Try inhaling as much air into your lungs as you can until you cant inhale anymore, hold your breath 5 seconds, exhale as much air out of your lungs as you can, then hold your breath for 5 seconds. Repeat this process for 15 minutes. Once you get used to that (which may take a week) hold your breath 10 seconds on the inhale instead of five and five after the exhale. Then once you have gotten used to that 10 seconds on the inhale and exhale. This is one breathing exercise, there are many others. I do my breathing exercises at work throughout the day. Oh and make sure you have a stopwatch or some kind of timer. (Also after 15 or 20 minutes of doing this I like to take a big inhale and then hold my breath as long as I can)
      The world record holder for holding his breath is Stig Severinsen at 22 minutes. Check out his book Breathology and the youtube channel Breathology! Try typing freediving or freedivingmusicvideo into the youtube search engine.

      Rookie Freediver when bodily development is complete it is NOT possible to increase lung capacity neither with aerobic exercises nor techniques of respiration. Lung capacity is developable only during the growing years, by practicing aerobic sports like swimming, cycling and running etc...It is ONLY possible to improve the efficiency with which we utilise the air we succeed in loading into our lungs.

    • @rookiefreediver7522
      @rookiefreediver7522 9 лет назад

      Eli-Michael Dahhan That explains how I went from holding my breath for 45 seconds to 2:27 in a month of doing breath holding exercises. I noticed my lung capacity increase alot among other things.
