Sun City traffic is out of control! It’s in an extremely overdeveloped area (and still building)! I lived 5 miles from there and went to PT twice a week. It took no less than 40 minutes to drive 5 miles! Straight down 301 S. ALSO, their amenities fee is more than $600/month with no where near what the Villages offers.
Kings Point has fees like that. Not the rest of Sun City Center.
Alprazolam is the generic name for Xanax .. A controlled substance used for anxiety.

That LSL dock upgrade definitely needs a lot of public discussion. It seems like they want residents to foot the entire bill. Even design elements should be debated. Obviously more than just Villagers use and enjoy the dock along with it benefitting businesses in the area. The same area owned by the developer that rents it to those businesses. TV also makes damned sure snapshots from the dock are prominently included in their new home advertising.

They talk about the average home price in The Villages at $400k, the great thing about every new neighborhood being built is that there are a range of homes available from the low 300k through bigger homes in the 500 to 600k. This gives many different options and price points that are always available!

Alprazolam is the generic name for Xanax which is a benzodiazepine and one of the most addictive and frequently abused drugs on the market.

It's my understanding that a driver's license is not required to operate a golf cart in Florida if you are 18+ years old, bu tyou do need some form of state-issued ID with you. However, a driver's license is required to operate a LSV.
.if your license gets suspended for any reason, you can't operate any motorized vehicle on public roads..that includes carts.

Get away from the crazy. We are leaving Atlanta to go to TV for less crazy drugged up drinkers that smoke crack. Doesn’t TV have a no wacko policy. Should do background checks.
