The g293 is made by Logitech and does have some rumble noise but it’s not super noticeable when playing with headphones. The new Logitech wheels with direct drive should all be pretty much silent tho but be warned they are a bit pricey
hey brother just casually ran into your video it was great ! just a little advice for your videos vover your window :) , and instead of talking out loud , just record the wheel , pedals, computer all of that good stuff , and just record the your voice over when you edit the video so the quality goes up like crazy !:) or have your phone on you and use your voicememo so it sounds like you have a mic but all in all love the content you really did an amazing job
any add'l issues in the last 2 months or however long it's been since you recorded this review? This was great, thanks!!! subscribed. Can you link the wheel stand? Also, if I get the extension and bigger wheel for semi-tractor options from MOZA, will the R5 be enough, I heard that an R9 might be best for the bigger steering wheel (Semi setup). I'd really like to start with the R5 only from an affordability standpoint.
No additional issues to report. I greatly appreciate that sub I got more content otw for you 🙏🏼 the wheel stand is linked in my wheel stand video. I’m not sure exactly what is the best wheelbase for the semi wheel being that I don’t have one atm but I think the r5 is a great platform with tons of feedback in all the games I’ve played, and phenomenal to start on and build up from over time.
Got it about a week ago and I'm really satisfied and impressed, coming from the g293... Biggest con: That annoying click when you change gear, especially when I'm up late playing.
I almost always play with my headphones on so i barely hear it and pay no attention to it, but i can totally understand how it can become annoying. It is quite loud without a doubt
I haven’t tried those games personally, but quite a few other games have been connected with a breeze for me. I assume those more arcade like games are programmed more favorably towards controller over a wheel and pedals setup
the bigger round wheel and the brake kit is worth it , all of the cons you listed have never happened to me or its just your user error . alot of these problems are problems bc you have to setup the rig every time . never had any disconnect issues
I’m happy that you haven’t had to face any of the small issues I’ve come across. & I definitely agree the experience of owning and using this bundle is better when you can leave it somewhat set up all the time, but I wanted to make sure I included my full opinion/ experience for anyone who may be tight on space or has a desire to put it away when not in use. I still absolutely love my rig, and all of my cons are minor annoyances that i rarely have to encounter
Good video buddy. Watched a lot of videos and you said what I needed to hear. Thanks
Happy I can help mate :)
Great video. I'm upgrading from my g923 next week❤
Awesome mate!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! 👍
is the g923 loud? or is it the Logi ones that are noisy?

I couldn’t be happier with my R5!! Great video man 👍
Thank you bro! 🙏🏼

One of the main reasons why I didn't pick one up, : That annoying click
Your fucking awesome bro
Thank you mate! 😁💚
Nice video! I’m new to sim racing and recently got the MOZA R5…. I’m curious to know what is some good setting to use in ACC?
Thank You mate! I personally don’t drive Competizione, but I can help with vanilla AC and Content Manager
It’s him he’s the one the one that him!!
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I think you have a dry joint in the pedals
I’ll take a look into it, much appreciate the feedback mate :)
nice vid
Thank You mate! :)
I just got the r5 and its not really user friendly if youre just wanting to play casually like need for speed, wreckfest, drift rally 2.0
I haven’t tried those games personally, but quite a few other games have been connected with a breeze for me. I assume those more arcade like games are programmed more favorably towards controller over a wheel and pedals setup
Something is wrong with your pedals or the cable. Why don’t you try a new rj45 cable, they are like 5$.
That’s a solid idea, the issue is infrequent enough for now that I’ll manage. If it starts to happen more frequently I’ll definitely look into that
what wheelstand man?
I use the “Next Level Racing, Wheel Stand 2.0” I have a video about it on my channel if you are interested
