Some of it absolutely is advanced stages of Parkinson’s, a lot of it is who biden is! My Grandfather died from Parkinson’s, he battled it over twenty years and only in the last couple years did he begin hallucinating and Alzheimer’s kicked in. It’s a horrible disease but doesn’t mean he’s excused of lying for the past decade or so since being vice president not to mention his dirty dealings throughout his career
Oxygen! One of the cognitive changes is with breathing, they mouth breathe which doesn't fill the lungs and oxygenate the body like nose breathing does. So he is on oxygen when not in front of us, in my opinion.
