I lived in Donaubase during 2019 and 2020. I loved the place and it's proximity to the metro station. However the fire alarm problem was really annoying: every other week, the fire alarm played loudly any time of day or night. Students evacuated and waited on the cold for the firefighters, only to be informed that it was (another) false alarm. I swear it happened at least 3 times a month, every month. It was always a waste of time and sleep. I heard it still happens, wich shows the lack of attention from the supervisors and administrators. Also, the front desk is always empty and don't expect to make many friends.

Зависит от того, на какую сторону выходят окна) но как для студента, я бы сказала, терпимо)) 😉
