That cider comes from a cider mill near me, we go there every year in the fall. They have fresh cinnamon donuts to go along with the cider, they’re delicious! They also have a ton of gourds, a gift shop, and pumpkins to choose from!

Our town's historical society is having their annual apple festival.
They also give tours of their buildings. We have a huge old home, a museum, 3 log cabins , a church and a one room school. All buildings are from the county.

Let you in on a little secret. When my husband and I were in Little Italy in NYC, we ordered Alfredo and they told us their secret ingredient was to add about an eighth of a tsp of nutmeg! Delicious!! ❤
Ww did not know you could make it in a crock pot.looks delicious. Love going to pumpkin patches. Last year we took my grandkids to Jackson's orchard.I came away with pumpkins, mums and pumpkin butter. The kids had a blast with the maze, and playground area.

Hi Maranda, Thanks for showing us your cozy neighborhood Farmers Market...I just wanted to mention to be careful with the skinny girl syrups, as they are mostly artificial flavors, sucralose (can cause tummy upset & inflammation) caramel color (carcinogen) and preservatives...I'm sure a little won't harm you but just thought you'd appreciate knowing, especially since you're gluten sensitive which often indicates inflammation...Sending you HUGS~~~ 🍁Happy🍃🍂🌾Autumn🍁

Love the pumpkins stacked like that. Were you able to fit any in the shelf? The recipe looks great. I may try it without the chicken, vegetarian here. I also have gluten issues and have found Thrive Market has great gluten free options.

I love the skinny syrup especially the cinnamon, but a little goes a long way. I use no more than 2 capfuls in my coffee. Too much tastes medicinal.
Just curious, do you use gluten free products because you have to or just because you prefer to? TFS Great video! I buy my skinny syrups at TJ Maxx, and the last one I got was pumpkin praline, and it was really good also!
I have struggled with bad stomach problems my whole life and finally in 2020 I decided to cut out gluten to see if that made a difference and I feel like a new person! No more stomach aches 🙌🏻 oooh pumpkin praline sounds so good!

With the appalling amount of food waste going on I hope a lot of people use the pumpkins to make pies, soups & stews rather than just letting them rot. We have a farm that grows pumpkin but they show All the different ways to carve an make use of them so they don't go to waste. I local lady makes soup for the homeless with hers x
My grandfather grows gourds and we use those for decor since gourds aren’t edible. They come in all sorts of colors, shapes and sizes and can be hulled out to use as birdhouses afterwards. There are some pumpkins that aren’t considered pie pumpkins and those make really good soups. You can also donate your pumpkins to soup kitchens after you use them for fall decor. So many options.
Absolutely! I actually shared a tutorial on my channel last fall about how to roast these pumpkins to turn into puree and freeze for recipes, that’s what I’ll be doing with all of mine again this year once the season ends 🥰 they will also last in a basement or root cellar for several months before rotting if you want to save them to cook with at a later date 😊
I made some smoothies with some pumpkins last year also a curry and some soups. My sister toasts the pumpkin seeds and also we leave them out for wildlife. It's sad to see so many left to rot and going to waste If they can be used in some way
