Spider-Man is one of Marvel Comics greatest characters and he has appeared in animated cartoons since the 1960's! Thankfully, we have gotten action figures from almost every version of the wall crawler's time on television. In this video, we go through the action figure toys of Spider-Man from all of his animated versions - and also take a look at his greatest villains as well including Green Goblin, Sandman, Doc Ock and the Lizard. So sit back and enjoy this look at Spider-Man animated action figures!

Trivia:Doc Ock in the 90s Spidey cartoon was voiced by Batman animated series Alfred, Efrem Zimbalist Jr. Mind. Blown.
Also,Ultimate Spider-Man is okay. Hulk & The Agents of SMASH is the better show. Eliza Dushku as She-Hulk alone is enough for me lol.

I personally really like Ultimate Spiderman, but I feel like if you like spidey interacting with other characters as compared to a more self contained spider-man story, it’s probably not for you
I was lucky enough to own a spider-man the new animated series figure when i was younger and i still have it, lots of great memories came with that figure.
Your channel reminds me a lot of glenn webb's channel (rest in peace) which is probably why i love this channel so much, your in depth reviews/mystery unboxing vids are unmatched!

I’m so glad I grew up with spectacular Spider-Man. Not only is it good, but for me it’s kinda nostalgic too. I love It with all my heart. My favorite is the black spider man ark. I was obsessed with it when I was younger 😂.
While I always wanted a spectacular spiderman figure, a 90's one wouldn't be that bad since it is my second favorite spidey show

The show is practically what fans want, and it can do more once the series is up and running.
The only I regret I have for this series is that I neglected it. Ignored it awhile ago. But a year ago, I got into it. And I loved it

Hopefully one day we will get the announcement of a continuation to Spectacular Spiderman, such a great show, and above all else, I really liked the art style!

The MTV Figure is so rare that I found some listings of it on ebay including a lizard, and the mtv figure was expensive on but hey, im glad we know the show's action figures are in some hands boxed.
No matter how fancy detailed or articulated my favourite will forever be the Mego Pocket Hero version.

@@CarbonScoring it can be based on the TV live shows and comic books . They still had the late sixties spider man reruns in the 70s and marvel superheroes which used to come on TV after School in the late seventies. Remember the fun cheesy doctor strange and Captain America live shows . Lol 😆 those can be based on the Megos superheroes dolls . The good ol days . in the eighties you had the hulk TV live show movies Bill Bixby was behind it .and Spiderman and his amazing friends. Cartoons . Thanks to those we have the marvel legend three pack of fire star ice man and Spidey. Now The cartoons are based on the comics. After all but thanks for the video .👍
Would be nice to get a lot of these figures remade. Especially from The Spectacular Spider-Man and Spider-Man The New Animated Series (2003). Having people pay ridiculous prices online for old figures doesn't seem fair. It's best for them to get remade with more articulation, accessories, pinless joints and have them scale well with each other. This was a great video, thanks.
Thanks, Daniel - I would love to see these on shelves again and even have the line expanded - but I think it is probably pretty unlikely without a revival of the cartoon
@@CarbonScoring Yeah, you're right. Even with the show being on Disney plus, it still doesn't guarantee another wave of figures. I mean, I thought that for the 20th anniversary of Spider-Man (2002) Hasbro would release newer & better figures. That didn't end up happening sadly. So when the show hits 20 next year, we'll probably never see new figures again.
This reminds me of the old silly villains and if your like me you like to go back to the70s to the big wheel and other villains and when they were brought back with their tragic backstories, listen I. Think it was mindsomething he was brought back and woah, not silly anymore, so dark so dark

Had Secret Wars, web climbing 12 inch Spiderman & in my high school graduation & on days Spiderman Animated Series figures also in young days Mego only Spiderman.

Not sure if you knew this, but there was also a Lizard figure from Spider-Man: The New Animated Series (2003). It came with a break-away Oscorp ventilation duct diorama. The Spidey figure came with a wall mountable rooftop loft diorama.

I love the collection. Obviously my favorite Spider Man cartoon is Spectacular Spider-Man. I love how back in the days when they had their first release, they would learn from their mistakes and evolve over time. Now, Hasbro don't seem to do that.
Where is Spider Man Into the Spider-Verse figures? It's animated. Any chance you can do that collection for Into the Spider-Verse?
Also please do the Batman animated figures.
I think Hasbro is constantly trying to improve figures - just look at the different 60th anniversary Spider-Men or the recent Captain American and Thor figures. As far as Spider-Verse - I will be doing a dedicated video closer to the release of the next movie. And if you do a search, I have done a video on Batman the Animated Series - check it out!
I'm eighteen and I grew up with spectacular, but after rewatching it, and watching the nineties show for the first time, I prefer the nineties show!
My favourite spider man tv show was spider man new animated series because it was great tv show and Neil Patrick as spider-man and peter Parker who was brilliant

I actually have the Spectacular Spider-Man Shocker along with a military Green Goblin and a pixel Symbiote Spidey from that show. I also have a bunch of the figures from the 90's cartoon and some from the 2010's cartoons

Not in stores, but you can find them on eBay, the only thing is they're incredibly expensive nowadays.

Yeah, unfortunately, these have been out of circulation for some time
I hate how Spider-Man The New Animated Series only got 13 episodes while the monstrosity known as spectacular Spider-Man got 3 seasons which it shouldn’t have gotten in the first place granted the acting was decent for the time but it was the art style that even 6 year old me couldn’t throw down with it honestly looked like something that I sent into marvel and they took it and went left instead of right some of the toys were decent tho

All of these ToyBiz Spider-man Animated figures makes me think that I am so tired of the so called "retro" lines that keeps copying the Star Wars 70's figures style with their 3'75 5 POA, while all the time neglecting that this 5 inch 9 POA are also vintage and retro and that LOTS of people grew up with these style of toys, (myself included)
I guess is easier to produce 3'75 5POA and make them more expensive even than the 12 inch figures and call it a day...
It is a good point. I'm sure price and peg space all play a role. Who else wants to see a retro 5 inch line???

You’re a Gen X’er. I like the technology and the improved articulation of figures in this generation but I look back my relatives videos who were born and grew up around those times and I’m jealous but not in a bad way. I was born in 02.
Ha! Yes, I am aggressively Gen X - have watched the evolution of action figures and seen the amazing changes in sculpting and articulation - but I still enjoy the things about older figures that make them special
