That's the thing, I don't deny the existence of Larry. I do believe that at one point in the initial years it was there but nothing after 2012 for sure. And as for Zarry, it was more real and stronger than anything else. I did not ship them while Zayn was in the band but after everything he said about H after leaving, it was so clear they had a breakup. Him saying he never talked much with H is what made me ship these idiots.
And if some god forsaken Larry comes up and says, Oh! If you try and put yourself in his shoes, then of course you can imagine how difficult it could be if you have a lover who doesn't want to talk, just wants to you-know-what. I'm not saying Zayn didn't love Harry, what I think is there was a huge communication gap that they could not overcome. Larry, if anything , was lust-based for Harry (IMO)...as a teen he may have been swept away by Louis’ bigger than life persona. But the real and TRUE LOVE happened with ZAYN. Harry may have briefly lived with Louis at Princess Park (with the other boys just “down the hall” so to speak), but he walked away from Louis (and Louis laments this in one of his new songs). Louis definitely took Harry for granted on many levels in the early days. Maybe, Meet Me In the Hallway started all the way back then, with Harold leaving Louis in the apartment to join Zayn in his bedroom...painful separation from Louis because his first crush let him go (“We Were Too YOung”),but then realizing in Zayn’s eyes the incredible depth of genuine love. Zayn always looked like he was placating Louis and wagging his tail around him to soothe the jealous beast. I don’t think their friendship was that deep considering how quickly Lou turned on Z at the end of 1D. My guess is that once Lou pushed Harry away and Harry got over the puppy love, Harry opened his heart to Zayn who had always been there for him. Please realize I am not threatening anyone else’s theory because we all just don’t know...what is wonderful is that we all care for H & Z and wish the best for them together or apart.

When you watch the videos--about 45 minutes long and I think there's 7 of them!!--you clearly see how different H was with Z and with Louis. It was always Zayn from the beginning. One thing I found interesting is the comparison between how Louis treated Harry and how Zayn treated him. Totally different. If Zayn teased Harry, it was light and sweet and he hardly ever did that at all. Louis would belittle Harry. It's on video. It's eye opening. Zayn was Harry's safe harbor. "For your eyes only, I show you my heart...now you know me, for your eyes only." Zayn was always sweet to and protective of Harry. That's the person he would let his guard down with and show him his heart.
