I just want to say how much Hannah has grown. Her honesty and insight into personal mental and emotional processes is a great balance to Nick's management skills
As a presenter, her delivery has become confidemt and smooth.

Budgeting is the #1 thing that has helped me and my wife with money stress. Also combining our money into just 1 account so that it’s not “my turn to pay for this” or “her turn to pay for that”. It’s both of ours because since we are married we are one body. Also surrendering the things we can’t control to God.

@@mappedoutmoney and I have to thank you personally for your YNAB guides from a few years ago. Your videos made it so easy to use the app and build a habit of budgeting. Thank you for everything you do!

Thanks for the new video! A bit sad about the mention of calorie counting and moving as ways to lose weight. As a fifty year old male, I've tried that and seen people try it, and it works for nobody. In the long run we're all back at the old weight or above.
What does work is to think less of what you eat, and more of when, where and why you eat. Strategies like intermittent fasting (only eating between 1400 and 2000) or only eating in your own home pay off in the long run.
