@whiteangel3824 Yes, including your wife. This is about you and holding on to your semen. You can still have sex with your wife but don’t release or ejaculate. As long as you don’t release semen then you are retaining.

Yeah, I tested out the attraction-while-on-SR by flirting with a couple girls, and just the conversational energy and eye contact had them hooked, and they haven't stopped being attracted. I feel bad, because it was low-key manipulation on my part and I didn't follow through. Shouldn't have done that, because I disappointed and continue to frustrate them. I own up to that. One cannot use this energy frivolously; it comes with responsibility to have integrity and nobility.
Yea I had a similar situation, I noticed a female that would ALWAYS stare at me and decided to just start saying “hi” trying to be friendly and not make the stares so awkward.
But even with minimum conversation, the eye contact gets them everytime 🤣. I didn’t feel too bad because I didn’t let it go beyond greeting her when I saw her but her attraction for me was OBVIOUS. When she found out I was interested in someone else… she was devastated 🤣

It's easy to revert to the ego who wants the validation and then when you think about how girls played you in the past and you can be tempted to say "well this is my time to give 'em a taste of their own medicine"...but nah, it doesn't feel good playing with someone like that, even on the very minor level I did.
I agree with acknowledging someone the way you did who might be staring all the time...that's just high-vibrational human courtesy. They just need to get with the high-vibrational program😄

Boyzzz... Please, do a huge favour for yourself. Don't go out there looking for women, even when you are on a streak. Focus on finding your inner purpose, from that you will be able to bring out the best of you. Not only you but all the world will reap the fruits of this gift you have to offer for this reality. Lotta times I went through that trap of getting women attraction on SR but when I gave out my seed the only thing that I had to deal with was to get out of the rock bottom. 7 times.
