ive recently discovered that my tummy is sensitive to animal milk, almond milk is what really hits the spot and it has not given me any problems now. ive been on cow milk my whole life and ever since i git into the almond milk culture every time i drink dairy milk it gives me an upset stomach, but almond milk is always making me nice and happy. i guess i never knew my system as well as i think i did.

I buy loose organic Rooibos tea in bulk (Davidson's on Amazon) and with an infuser I get an incredible chai tea. I just add the milk I like and it's time to relax! Simply the best I have ever had! I always try to eat natural only, and cannot consume any man made chemicals.

The first time I tasted chai, it had a faint taste of cinnamon. I think the other ingredients sort of made the taste of cinnamon softer. It might depend on what you get. I've also learned that making it has an art to it. For me, it's about balance. Right combination of spices.
I must concur with your analysis of Black Pepper, it is my favorite spice/seasoning...used every day on my scrumptious turkey sandwich ;) p.s. have you tried using Almond milk in place of milk/soy? I swear by it.. btw, you should def make this a series, my fav type of vids

Chloe Thomas I have been mildly lactose intolerant all my life but after a stomach ulcer a few years ago it got much worse. Chocolate biscuits are not too bad as the chocolate is minimal
I've been watching this video since it came out and to this day it still gives me asmr, unlike a lot of the new "asmr" videos popping up these days.

Chai is something else. Not much else like it. Making it from scratch is quite nice. Makes for a great winter drink.

All the more reason to drink chai in ther winter. The ginger might be part of what gives it a Christmas feel.
P.S. Cinnamon is another ingredient that would give it that Christmas feel as well :)
