I think Decay/Healbane (if you're choked on actives) and Slowing Hex/Curse can be really good situational options as well. The first options are really good for opposing leech tanks or Abrams and the second two are good options for picks in the mid game or if you split push
I have metal skin in the considerations for the build but didn't dive into it, but I have used silencer before and totally forgot about it honestly! Good recommendation 👍

I'll definitely look into those, anything to shut down Abrams is a win in my book!
would recommend silencer for flex as well probably my fav active item & metal skin if you can't get unstoppable for whatever reason
