Acoustic Journey by Molly Tuttle
ALL IS GOOD
A key element of Molly Tuttle's guitar style is switching between playing chords and single notes. Most often, her guitar parts naturally encompass both approaches, as it is essential to lay down foundational rhythm parts to sing over, while also having the freedom to embellish those parts with single-note lines. Molly demonstrates a perfect example of this approach with the song “Good Enough,” which appears on her 2017 Ep, Rise.

As a "just" listener this is so way over my head. I must say though that while Molly is blowing our minds with her music, she is here taking time to teach. So true to the community. Kudos!
There was a turtle, but it was too slow, so they created the Tuttle !
pro tip: you can watch series at flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.
@Amari Tyson yup, been watching on flixzone for since november myself :)
I spent hours and hours slowing your videos and transcribing this and all I had to do was wait for the master herself to do a video...great song.
Killer! Love hearing Molly's insight!
Thanks for your own analyses and tab of Molly's playing, Marcel!
Molly is such an inspirational player. I've been playing guitar for nearly 30 years, but haven't touched mine in over month just because I haven't felt like it. Now, seeing this I'm ready to pick it up again!!!
Great intro. Love it.
Since evh passed away I've been trying to play some of his songs... Not much success (!!) so thought I'd check out Miss Tuttle..... Think I'll burn my guitars!!! Molly.. you are up there with the best, you really are!! Or as Dr Winston O'boogie said 'The toppermost of the poppermost'... X
Molly is a hero! Amazing lesson!
This is a very helpful explanation of how to switch between rhythm and lead playing. Thank you!!
This is very useful tutorial by legendary guitarist, Molly tuttle... it’s really hard to make mine but I am practicing everyday, dreaming myself playing this tune like molly.
And true I am looking forward having part 2 regardless of my achievement ASAP.. :)
Awesome
Hi Molly Chris here. Thanks for the Topeka session teaching me this. This video is great too. 👌
Спасибо за урок!!!
Nice flat picking with a great rhythm countering the melody line. Nice floaters ringing out & pulling it all together. Tks

Great picking.. definite Tony Rice sounds in there.
Cause she's good enough! Good enough to! Uhh!!
Crazy
Oh she's simply flat-out filthy. I just watched the clip of her trading licks with Tommy Emmanuel. Such a sweet person too; she's gently giving us kindergarten here.
Don't mind me just trying to learn some parts.
