- The city of Agra in India’s northern state of Uttar Pradesh is home to skilled stone craftsmen. There are some who are experts in carving and fret work, crafts which are believed to have ancient origins. Then there are the inlay artisans, who make fine designs of semi-precious stone inlaid in marble. This craft is believed to have been introduced here in the 17th century by Persian artisans brought by the Mughal emperor.
The city is best known for its historical architecture, particularly the iconic Taj Mahal. Many of the city’s craftsmen claim descent from the artisans who built the Taj and other buildings of the period. The architectural legacy of the Mughal era continues to be a source of inspiration for Agra’s skilled artisans. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal is India’s most visited tourist attraction.

First of all, Sir ur voice is mesmerizing in every video... me and husband always like to hear u... Art has no boundaries.. one should describe the onex also.. if we go with the indian art then u should ask him many questions ... like: "is it machinery or handmade art?, or u may confirm about bulk or a single both price range?, weight of the product like trays to be use conveniently?, breakage or maintenance of the marble ( polish or etc) i love this art... i visited agra but due to shortage couldn't buy any momentum. .. i definitely will purchase for interiors after complete my house ... best wishes to your channel and artists of this lovable art...

The most important question to ask is about the maintenance of marble products especially table tops as they get stained very easily.
Ask question if we wash regular basis .. colour on marble will be stay life long or temporary

Par tabse leke aaj tak mera dream he ki me ye rajadthani art work purchased karu . Jo sayad abhi possible hoga bcz me ye art sirf photos me dekhta tha or sochta tha ki ye sayad bohot hi jyada costly hoge but video dekh ke pata chala ki ye affordable he .

Yes, it's so surprising that the effort they put in for the art & price, is not all matching. These days, a plumber or electrician ...charge minimum of Rs.250/300 per visit... however small work may be...imagine these artists after so much of struggle...they r unable to earn decent price ...
