How do you figure out what year the jackets are from? I have a purple jacket with a spell out down the sleeves in white.
This is Saturday morning February 12th 2022. To respond about HOW A YEAR IS FIGURED FOR An Edition of a Jacket? The Answer is: 1). MATERIALS used such as Cow's Hide (Leather or Suede Side) was used Mostly from 1978 through the later 1980s when jackets/coats/dresses/matching "tops & bottoms" were made with "Shingles" with stainless steel attachments for belts or straps among other decorative-designs. Beginning about 1989 and during the early 2000's MAINLY during the 1990's LAMB SKIN was used (more money) which provided superior color-dying options yet the skin wasn't ideal for adding heavy belts or straps like cowhide yet rhinestones and synthetic crystals were used to add "bling". SINCE the use of Lambskin----CHEAPLY made jackets made of Wool and "Pleather" with is Plastic with Low-grade Leather mixed or the Leather look" and Cowhide was used again with color choices YET the dyes process was inferior to using lambskin because the color(s) would later "chip, crack or flake" 2). DESIGNER Labeling has evolved from a simple look to large Designer-name signatures and logos. 3). Lambskin is that's dyed with bright or multiple colors are difficult to restore opposed to the use of Wool and Pleather jackets. Me could go on but this is a detailed response. What leather is that 1983 pelle made from
Not 1983 but 1993 Soda Clubs are made of LambSkin (Buttery-soft-or Butter-soft-as we call it on the streets). Cowhide or other thicker and less sexy-soft leathers were introduced towards the 2000's. Also the jackets not made of Lambskin----some of the jackets people have--has experienced paint peeling. Lambskin jackets, the color is Analine Dyed all the way through the skin, so it would never peel--but could lightly fade. I keep all the jackets in cold/dark storage to keep the jackets "crispy". Lastly IF you did like the jackets from the 1980s, those jackets were usually made of heavy suede or lambskin----Malave' C.
Me don't have any 1983 Pelle' but 1993 and later in Lambskin or "Butter-soft" or Buttery-soft"

Well primarily the NAVY-BLUE with RED sleeves with Crystals in wool material. The BLACK with CREAME Lambskin patch work Soda Club with Removable Sleeves & Removable Hood. The 1992 Anniversary Soda Club BLACK, Olive with a pinch of Red jacket in Butter-soft cow's hide. Another BLACK with Brightly lamb skin patch work on sleeves and chest Soda Club

Yes to having an eBay webstore, however the mentioned jackets are not listed for sale. Since the jackets aren't listed for sale and we don't have prices announced either, what would your offer be to one or all of the jackets? The reason for the question, would be to get an idea if you're in the understanding of the jackets value. These jackets would range about the same or more than Pelle Pelles new jackets. So this would imply that the jackets would quite expensive and likely not worth your interest and these aren't in brand new condition; so it would be more for an Pelle Pelle enthusiast who enjoys older but exclusive history. So perhaps research Pelle Pelles web store just in case you haven't-----nice collections.
