      @@Coach_boora pata bade bhaiya me 600m 1:40 me lga leta hu lekin last 200m me 37sec lg jate hi baha Thai or back dono lock ho jate hi to ek tagdi finishing nhi kr pta 37 sec ke sayd apke workout se vo finishing 32-33 me hone lge fir timing 2:12-2:13 ane lagege to total physical 90marks ka ho jayenga fir 83+90=173 safe ho jayega fir kitna bhe cutoff jaye ( bus finishing ache hone lge ) or jump 1 feet increase ho jaye to 17.5 ho jayege then I will happy 😊 plz ashirbad banye rakhiyega 🙏

    Shin pain ke liye koi tablet bata do bhaiya bahut dard hai.
    Mera physical 19oct ko Rewa me hai,mera physical June me93 ka bana tha .Mai abhi kya kru bhaiya. Kitne din rest kr lu aap ki exercise kr rha hu mai jo apne batya hai.
