I’m starting to solidify that I think the winner will be one of these under the radar players (Kishan, Caroline, Sierra) All of the big characters are so flawed and Sam’s edit feels destined to take a fall by merge
I’m inclined to agree. I would say of the more utr players, I think Sierra, Caroline, and Kyle are the most likely to shoot up in the future Kishan’s getting mostly good content, but I’m still left with a strange feeling about him. He seems more likely to become a losing finalist in my eyes
The whole scene with Sam's tribemates describing him and asking him about food he's tried feels like the random Maryanne content we got in Episode 3 or Bhanu's whole rant about Kenzie. Feels like the producers randomly do these highlights of the winners early on in the season to give us more relatability to them later on or something.
I think if the red team goes back to tribal again premerge Genevieve ends up getting voted out, feel like Sol getting more content than her could imply he teams up with Kishan and Teeny at the next vote and they take her out instead of Rome because she has none of the advantages that can be used to help her stay while he does, plus that idol is no longer a threat so they might not feel as compelled to work with Rome as they did before it got played
My Rankings: 15. Genevieve 14. Anika 13. Sol 12. Rachel 11. Rome 10. Andy 9. Gabe 8. Teeny 7. Caroline 6. Kyle 5. Tiyana 4. Kishan 3. Sue 2. Sam 1. Sierra
My rankings after episode 3: 15. Rome 14. Andy 13. Genevieve 12. Sol 11. Anika 10. Gabe 9. Caroline 8. Sue 7. Kyle 6. Tiyana 5. Rachel 4. Kishan 3. Teeny 2. Sierra 1. Sam
15:20 Sue is not as game savvy as I gave her credit for the last 2 episodes. She said Kyle voting for her reminded her of when she joined the aviation industry and there were all these dominating male personalities. The logic of that statement just makes 0 sense. Kyle is not another one of those dominating male personalities, and even if he was, a good player would be able to move past 1 stray vote, and work with him, especially when he’s truly willing to work with you. As Charlie reiterated throughout all of 46, in Survivor, you need options. And Sue is shutting down options because of a bias against men.
I wouldn't call it bias against men. If it was she wouldn't be bending over for Gabe. It just seems like she has a very black and white perspective on the game.
I think there's a difference between her personality in confessionals and her actual game strategy. Carolyn and Yam Yam made petty comments all the time but when they made actual moves you could tell they were calculated. I think it's strategically valid for Sue to want Kyle out next, but you're right that she shut him down as an option too quickly and too openly.
Kyle gives me 20 year old Keith Nale vibes, bro looks JUST like him for some reason and he's got that genuine good soul energy Rachel definitely next to go on her tribe, feel like even though she's easier to work with than Annika they might play it safe and throw her under the bus next because they don't know for certain whether or not Annika got an advantage on that journey After watching this last episode I gotta say the way Gabe and Rome, along with some others, speak to people makes me believe they've never had a conversation before Survivor that wasn't on Discord or Reddit
I can see the Keith Nail resemblance, though he is actually 31 with a wife and child so actually has more life experience than many others on this season.
Having Teeny this high is wild. Her episode 2 and 3 have both been good at all. Getting caught showing Kishan the box was horrible, and last episode she did not come out unscathed at all.
Well that’s where you are wrong, they story has to show Rome catching teeny finding the box, because if they don’t it wouldn’t make sense why he knows, but the fact it cuts to Rome saying he believes Teeny, is good for her
Having negativity within your edit is not a death sentence in the new era, in fact I can’t think of the last winner with a flawless edit. Teeny has had complex content every episode, and even when they are shown negatively, they’re given screen time to explain their decision making. I don’t have them at #1, but to not have them as a contender purely because of negative content is *years* behind edgically

15) Genevieve, 0 content 14) Anika, negative content 13) Sol, barely any content 12) Tiyana, like her but 0 content this episode 11) Rome, could see him going far but very negative content 10) Rachel, dropped a lot over the past episodes. 9)Kishan, comes off as a little cocky, might get a crazy downfall. 8) Caroline, didn’t really know where to put her, she hasn’t done all that much, but that might be a good thing since the rest of her tribe has been shown negatively 7) Gabe, negative content, but could see him being a finalist or fire making loser. Mostly here because of his prominence 6)Kyle, definitely could see him being a swing vote come merge, puts him in a good spot. Shown really positively this episode 5)Andy, literally is becoming Emily. Emily didn’t win, but I still have hope for these kinds of edits 4)Sue, negative content this episode but her reasoning for not trusting Kyle was reasonable, in a great position on her tribe 3) Sierra, best position on her tribe, no negative content. Hasn’t been too visible, but it’s enough to warrant a high place 2)Sam, negative edit this episode, still have a lot of faith in him since he seems to be close with some past players 1)Teeny, she has some negative content but seems to be praised for her strategy
1. Sierra 2. Teeny 3. Kishan 4. Sam 5. Kyle 6. Rome 7. Gabe 8. Andy 9. Sue 10. Caroline 11. Rachel 12. Anika 13. Sol 14. Tiyana (0 confessionals, she ain't winning) 15. Genevieve
what am I missing with Sam? he is utterly dreadful and I haven’t really been following the conversation online this season so I am surprised people are so high on him.
@@Lgrftgf Just a lot of confessionals and most of the yellow tribe interactions are shown from his perspective. On a typical season, he and Teeny would probably be in the 5-6 range at this point, but there aren't really any clear frontrunners
@@Lgrftgf I wouldn't say I find him super likeable, but I believe the show wants us to like him. For instance, I thought the show definitely wanted us to side with him when he and Anika were going at it a bit
This season is weird, everyone seems to have gotten something negative, or just haven’t been that prominent. I’m enjoying this season, but I think the merge could go many different ways…
After this past episode, I have Kyle and Kishan as my top contenders. I feel like this season will have an unconventional winner edit, and those two fit the bill the best. Kishan has points for him, but Kyle is worth discussing more imo. Kyle early on had a small amount of content, but that plays into his winner quote in episode 2 about how nice people can win Survivor. TK was a massive villain, and now that he's gone, Kyle's screentime jumped up. And before that, he had his backstory package in the premiere and said winner quote in episode 2. and seeing as his winner quote and his reaction at tribal to TK getting voted out were both subtitled, plus his visibility spike right afterward, he's my current #1 pick.
Rachel has the damning quality of her content being almost exclusively talking about others. She seems like a VERY capable player, but I don’t see a world in which she’s a major character this season
I get that. In general, this season is still the Wild West. No one’s truly emerged as someone I’m truly that confident about Truth be told, I think Kyle has some potential to become a frontrunner in the future. Kishan has lots of room to go down. If you asked me rn where I think Kishan will land, my gut says losing finalist. But it’s still too early and I simply have more issues with other people for him to be super low
I don’t think Sam wins. If anything he’s more of final boss or getting setup for a downfall. I think it might come at the hands of sierra. Like last week she mentioned how she was worried about working with Andy but trust Sam. Now this week she’s worried about them being seen as a pair. I think sierra knows if anyone were to target Sam and he’s inmune she’d be collateral. Also, it seems like she has her own thing with the girls. I can see a world where she picks up Andy as a number.
My rankings: 15. Genevieve 14. Tiyana 13. Rome 12. Anika 11. Sol 10. Caroline 9. Sue 8. Andy 7. Sierra 6. Kishan 5. Kyle 4. Rachel 3. Sam 2. Gabe 1. Teeny
