That place is somewhat famous for having 16 elevators in 1 bank & possibly 1 controller! There’re 4 small lifts, the rest are big. I believe these were originally MAN &/or KONE judging by the other elevators here. However only about 8 of the lifts are public as the other 8 are bed lifts only & are restricted. It’s rather strange that instead of doing a few banks of lifts, they only did 1 huge bank.
Elevating Western PA Productions I once built a building in skyscrapersim where there were 22 elevators in one bank going only 9 floors

Best elevator looks like it's from the future.
this is a pretty crazy set of elevators. Just imagine how many shaft doors they needed for those: 416! There is also another hidden set of two elevators going up the tower! But these are locked off.
And also a feature these have I think this is on all floors they do have another button that specifically brings one of the larger elevators down and it keeps the doors open for longer so you could get to it

That looks like that's the same hospital where Lars von Trier filmed The Kingdom (Riget)! If it is, then there are some scenes in the series that show that lobby and those elevators back in the early 1990's.

Nice, interesting elevators, and if these used to be MAN elevators, was it the same company that makes big utility buses, trucks, and vans? Also, that up chime sounded a lot like the newer Innovation/EPCO chime that has been used on some of the newer American generic elevators.
It used to be the same company, until Thyssen took over it in the mid 1980s and became Thyssen-MAN for a while before the brand finally defunct.
That sure is interesting that MAN also made elevators, and is now a ThyssenKrupp entity. Plus, it was the same with some of these older companies that they claimed two brands (old and new), and then after a while, the new name takes over. Very much like Alpin-Otis, Schindler-Haughton, Thyssen-Dover, and Montgomery-Kone in North America.
