I added a stage 1 kit to my 13hp predator and gained 2mph. Full hunt load, 14ft boat, 2 hunters 15mph. Swamp Runner is a great basic kit!

Man I love my Long Tail Go-devil
Your transom mount is backwards and if you go to a shorter 85” shaft you’ll loss more speed. The name of the game with long tail mud motor is the longer the shaft the more horizontal the shaft is in the water column which in turn gives you more speed. The negative with longer shafts is less maneuverability in turning. If you flip the transom mount it will probably lower the engine some and give the shaft a more horizontal angle. It may help your speed too.

It definatly helps speed not only by making it longer but also by putting more weight naturally on the shaft into the water allowing you to prop up
All those props are pretty weedless. Keep that 100” and try the t76 performance prop. The smallest of the 3. You mite like the 8” hurricane too. That speed through the weeds and the ability to just keep half the prop in the water is more weedless that the design and being fully submerged… give those higher pitch ones a try.
