  • Sexual Assault Services is a program within the National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center (NCVC) in the Institute of Psychiatry at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Our agency is committed to helping survivors recover. We provide the following free and confidential services within the first 3 months after someone has been sexually assaulted:
Phone calls to check-in on well-being
Help coping with trauma - Up to five sessions with a mental health provider
Therapy - Therapy may be offered any time following the trauma, even if the sexual assault happened years ago, and we have options for people who lack payment.
