17k rent for 1 bhk in bellendur !! U r paying way much, trust me I have been staying in bangalore for 6 years now and I stay in whitefield. The flat u showed, might be spacious but has issue with sunlight, and ventilation as balcony and ur bedroom window boews are blocked. It should not cost u more than 15k. Try to talk to owner or change ur flat. Bdw nice video, I watch ur videos all the best 👍🏻😇

@@naimishgupta8923 pg 3 sharing will cost u between 6 k to 7k 2 sharing 8k to 10k and single sharing could go even beyond 15k all depends on ur negotiation skills. 1 rk will depend on area or 1 bhk still will cost u 12 to 16k

One small correction most of the owners deduct 1 month rent in the name of painting charges, so ideally they will deduct 2 months from your deposit.
