The real take away is that Scarlita, Koko, Hewynn are a fantastic support core for squishy Mauler carries. I've used this same team with Odie and had good results, I'm sure the same could be said about Seth or an Alsa/Eironn duo.
I tried splitting my team to bait Eironn's vortex on my 3-people subgroup but it doesn't work, he always casts in the middle and gets everyone. What am I doing wrong?
I think it depends on the enemy Eironn positioning. Your hero that is closest to Eironn will be the starting point for where the vortex will happen. Tbh, I face some inconsistencies as well.
arena lll one heroe has to be at the frontmost tile on the left, like eironn and one heroe on the furthest tile on the right side like arden or heyween, that’s the key thing, then in this case eironn won’t get soaked in and cc’d.
18:55 i didn't quite catch what happened to the hewynn. something quickspell? also didn't catch what he said about hewynn being immune and something insta-cast. edit: oh nvm i understood now, hewynn gets sniped off instantly by silvina and vala so to counter that put hewynn on quick tile and use enlighten spell for cc immune so she can insta ult to heal and protect herself
Yep, you got it! I admit that I didn't get it initially until I ran one match with confining spell. In that match, my party wiped because neither my Koko or Hewynn were healing.
