Cozumel, Mexico Fury Catamaran Excursion & Disney Fantasy Cruise Formal Night at Animator's Palate

- On the third day of our seven-night Western Caribbean cruise on the Disney Fantasy, we did a super fun excursion on our first stop in Cozumel, Mexico: the Fury Catamaran Sail, Snorkel and Beach Party. The kids and Krystin had their first-ever snorkeling experience, we played for 1.5 hours on a pristine beach including slides, bouncies, paddleboards, and kayaks, and we had a super fun dance party on the catamaran with gorgeous views.
Then we headed back for more swim time on the Fantasy including Nemo's Reef and the Aqua Lab before getting all dressed up for Formal Night. We met loads of characters, saw Aladdin onstage, and enjoyed seeing Crush at Animator's Palate.

Wow such an amazing video, thanks so much for doing this. Lovely family, my family and I are going first time in 5 weeks, any tips on excursions? I have a 2.5 year old toddler with my mother-in-law. We thought to bring her so that my wife and I can enjoy more on the cruise.
Any advice would be appreciated. We can't swim unfortunately :(
Thanks so much for watching! We loved this excursion in the video so much that we are doing it again this month when we do another Western Caribbean cruise! We recommend booking through Disney which protects you in case it gets cancelled due to weather and also they will not leave port without you in case something crazy happens. We just went through the list on the Disney Cruise Line website and then for ones that looked interesting we searched RUclips to see if it matched the description. For instance, we thought about doing dune buggies but then we saw the video it didn't look very picturesque so we opted to go with Fury again. It really depends what interests you but there are a lot of options. Even a non-swimmer would enjoy this catamaran ride and beach time, and there are many others that are on dry land too!

Hello! Quick question, do you have to partake of the snorkeling or can you just enjoy the catamaran? We have a few in our party who don’t really enjoy being in the water with fishies 😂
You don't have to snorkel and are more than welcome to chill on the catamaran! 👍
