    Hello
    when you look at the fuel pump especially the locking tool there is quite a lot of play between the two knuckles sometimes one knuckle is closer to the hole sometimes in the middle
    so my question is do the knuckles have to be exact so that the locking tool is between the knuckles or it doesn't matter where the knuckles are as long as it is in that place

    Hi I d like to ask u something..do u know the difference between xwga and xwgb engine because my car has xwga but is broken and i found a xwgb..I don’t know if it will work in my car!?

      Did you mean XWCA/XWCB? For transit courier? They are the same engines.

    Didn't look like you had to remove the crank shaft sprocket to remove waterpump? don't remember doing it on 1.6 TDCi in the past.

      @@DS-pk8vx I'm not on about the pulley but in the video he removes the crack sprocket that the actual cam belt rides on.

      @@killerconsoles517 I was thinking same.. maybe it was just to prevent damage to the magnetic ring?... Other than that, surely it didn't need to come off?.

      The timing belt schedule for this engine is 10yr/125,000 miles.

      Thanks. Water pump bolts: Stage 1: 5 Nm,
      Stage 2: 10 Nm.

      Timing belt idler pulley nut 37Nm, Timing belt tensioner retaining bolt 30Nm.

      Not many of them on the road. I have done it once a few years back. As I remember the tensioner was the fiddly bit :-)

    Can you tell me what is wrong with my 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.6tdci it shows a flashing amber transmission symbol warning light? It only revs up to 3000rpm

      Have you coded read it? Could be a simple thing like a fuel filter or a more expensive injector fault.

      @@jacogous2507 You need to read the codes first and based on the outcome do the diagnostic.

      @@the-senior-tech i have replaced air filter, diesel filter, oil filter, oil, cleaned the map sensor, throttle body, air flow sensor, egr valve.. after all that i had done the yellow transmission light keeps flashing and now the engin light is also on.. 😄 now i will get it checked with diagnostic

    How to set timing back up correctly

      You need to lock cam and crank with the pins than fit a new belt. Shaved belt could cause more damages to the engine.
