Always love the energy. Royal Highlands seems to have more listings than any other 55-Plus place you cover, is there an issue there? Only 1500 homes?
It’s just my farm area and where I (Tonya) professionally focus:) This is the typical turnover year over year. No issues. Roughly 88 homes sell each calendar year in RH.
