Hi! It is from the Cozy Season Scrapbooking kit from Cocoa Daisy. Unfortunately, it is sold out, but I have seen similar ones in the past by searching "brush stroke stamp" or "paint splatter stamp" A similar thing could be achieved with brush markers, too!
