This was a very interesting podcast to listen to as I get ready for my first show in 5 weeks. I like hearing different opinions and stories about diet, food and prep. Big fan of this podcast! Keep it up gentlemen.
Anthony is right about internet influencing binging. However, today's pros are very disciplined because for one good reason, they have to be on video showing their physique at most times, therefore, they are in good shape. If you compare to the older bodybuilders, today's are doing better for the most part. As soon as I see a video where binging is taking place, it reinforces what I have learnt from the other bodybuilders like Nick Walker, Bumstead etc to behave myself as much as possible at all times. I cheat but I try to do it with some strategy and intelligence.
17 days out and this is just the podcast I needed. I had a diet slip up 20 days out and thought it was going to be the end of the world. You should discuss cheating on the diet during preps. Also if you could talk about binge eating then doing things to make up for it without letting your coach know

@Anthony Lower volume works because you are not over training as much--i said as much because it is difficult not to over train. I will not disclose the amount of volume I do because ppl will call me out but low volume is key, especially when your chemical use is modest. I do not follow the open class pros or pros as a whole because that is not reality. I even think that most pros do not know what they are doing or how the body works.
I don’t know what it is with the audio but at certain points around the 53 minute mark is where it seems to keep happening but something is wrong with the audio
Where can we ask questions? I have one maybe someone else knowledgeable can answer it As a delivery driver and lifting do I have to take more rest days rather than 1-2 ?
