I haven't Been able to upload as frequently as I wanted due to covid lock down and feeling the downess of the passage of my grandmother. 2 small kids taking virtual classes at home is draining much if my time and energy. You need to print the picture using a laser printer. Regular jet printer won't work. The heat from the iron melts the ink and is transferred into the wood from pressing the hot iron
At 06:38, put a piece of paper on top of one of the sections, use a pencil to trace the outline of one section. Cut out the section from the paper and glue it on a piece of 2x4, cut it out with a band saw to make your jig.

No I don't. Just drew a 32" circle on a piece of drywall and work from there. Lol.
The wheels are the most difficult part, the rest are straight forward.
