Ale Bachlechner is a video and performance artist who lives and studies in Cologne. The focus of her works lies on moments of encounter, communication and the dynamics between the private and the social sphere. She is interested in matters of staging, both in her own artistic practice as well as a performative element in our social reality. With her performances and videos she creates aesthetic spaces, where she enablee herself and others to engage in uncertainty, vulnerability and embarrassment.
