@@mahbuburrahman3162 yeah cause you mostly get new th17 who just upgraded. From th16 to th17 you lose the eagle and the th weapon is weaker. But once you build the firespitters and the new multi archer and Rico cannon, it's already way harder. And once the defenses will be maxed out even worse. Now people are attacking wirh maxed troops non-maxed bases without even all the defenses built and saying it's easier. Yeah, no shit
@@miso5968i have a nearly maxed th17 that still gets tripled. We have another guy in our clan who's in the same situation and he gets tripled too.
I put attacking a maxed th17 on par with attacking a maxed th16. Basically, attacking th17 didn't get harder
I guess if the opponent is having 5 stars th17 the idea of overgrowthing the town hall would be catastrophic

I’ve found root riders work better with the thrower. Sometimes there’s a lot of throwers left. You should try it

key about rootriders is, dont see all buildings as buildings. the only ones you need to pay attention to is the defence.

Love your content, itzu! Dunno if you take requests from your audience, but here’s a random army that I’ve had great success with…it actually was a hodgepodge of stuff left over from filling war castles one day, and I just threw it down in a Legends attack:
5 ice golems, 5 witches, 9 valks, 4 druids, 2 super wall breakers, 1 warden’s apprentice, 2 headhunters and an archer…spells: 4 earthquakes, 2 jump, 1 rage, 1 freeze. Clan castle: 3 yetis, 1 archer, rage and freeze spell. Heroes have the usual stuff. On the regular, I 3-star 5-6 out of 8 daily attacks….give it a whirl, maybe you’ll like it!

Finally a rootrider valk army video. I used to see these videos when I was TH 14 earlier this year but ever since I have got to TH 15 and unlocked rootriders, not only do they feel useless on using but also no one is showing how they work. Most of the earlier videos have roots overpowering bases like nothing but I found that level 2 roots don't have the same amount of HP or DPS as level 3 roots shown in those videos. Do rootriders get a huge buff when upgrading to level 3 at TH 16?

You should pay attention to funneling. As long as you have small corridor, that can be covered with rages, you're fine. I use QC Root riders at th16 and they're smashing bases.
Have you lived under a rock? This piece of sht no-brainer spam is what dominated pretty much more than a year ago... yet they don't put an actual real nerf on it like the druid got for example. It started it like pretty much spam everything down, doesn't matter how or where just spam it down and instant 3 stars. Then they nerfed it until the point you have to make some funnel before you spam it and instant 3 stars without any planning whatsoever. This is the plague of coc since RR appeared in the game. The most disgusting strategy with zero effort. Ruined countless seasons of LL and last year's world cup. No offense but if you can't easily 3 star with this I dunno with what you could.
@@robertpinter7208I guess you are living under a rock if you think root riders are still just spam everything and 3 star. They are a lot less consistent after all the nerfs to the root riders and the equipment used in the root rider attacks, also there’s a lot of anti root rider bases, there’s a lot less players that can 3 star with root riders consistently 😀

I mean I wouldn’t say the best after all the nerfs root rider valk spam became a lot more unreliable, if you attack bases that are made against root rider pathing 3 staring is a lot more difficult but I would still say it’s the simplest and still very strong ground strategy

There is a glitch with BK's Spiky ball and EQ boots when it doesnt destroy the trgeted buildings. Have you noticed it Itzu?

I typically dont fail when I record and if I do it is mostly because I am talking during the attack and it is not because of the strat,
Because i use the same troop settings and i struggle making 3 stars (even i follow your advice) i was trying to understand the percentage a pro player missed the 3 stars.

I've been getting consistent 3 stars against max th 16s with might mike's strat. I've never been a good attacker (i just used edrags for an easy 2 star)
Interesting that most air troops received new levels, but ground troops didn’t. Clash of Clans has done rebalancing multiple times for troops, heroes, and equipment, but it doesn’t seem fair to release new levels for air troops while leaving ground troops behind.
What are you talking about? This is how it is on every th level. Same happened with th 16. air had new lvl first, but ads etc. aswell. :D
@@itzueng-clashofclans Got you. I think up to Town Hall 16 was well-balanced, but not at Town Hall 17. It makes more sense for COC to release upgrades for both air and ground troops, not just favor air. What do you think about the stats for air attacks with Minion Prince vs ground attacks after TH17 came out?
@@sanhntran You mean what I think it stronger? Based off my legend defense I hate to defend rr attacks. Air is easier to defend. But air is really easy vs bad bases or underleveled bases.

Wild using the queen for a funnel. I use the king. Any explanation for queen?
King can be used if u use vamp stash but usually the queen is better cause she clears one layer inner in the funnel cause of her range
Queen has better sustain with healer puppet. King tanks and then you want him in the core with eq boots and spikey ball for thats crazy value

@@evan-kylelardinois2729 king is better to go in and nuke the major defense inside using earthquake boots and spickyball. You get more value of instant damage on core than using your king to funnel.

I use gauntlet/ rage and invis / frozen arrow at th15 still 3 star rn in CWL

I just got used to this combination. Too lazy to change it. Haste hogs works aswell.
With this equipment you are less to pay attention and commit other spells to royal champion because you have the invis/hp on hog puppet and long range distant damage with the spear.

I have been using root riders seen th16 came out back in last December, and I have been in legend league for about %90 of the time for the ore bonus, and the reason why I like root rider so much is you don’t need a cc or cc spells to get the three ⭐️⭐️⭐️, they are just very strong, but I like 1 heal spell that’s all.
what kind of bases you hitting?
No town hall poison bomb, no eagle artillery. Th17 is way weaker than th16. The town hall would fry most of your troops if you don't consider it first in your attack

@ I have 3 town hall 17s and I am trash with this army, super witches and fireball works perfectly for me but maybe I’m not funneling right but they seem to die super fast to my fcs, when using this army against my max th17 I get 2 stars, and I mean max th17 minus the supercharges it’s cooking this army so I think it works against new th17s but not against a level 5 th17 weapon and everything maxed idk I wanna see how this holds up against maxed th17s
@ I bought all the packs in the store and 32k gems plus all the magic items I saved and cwl medals allowed me to max my main account to th17, I purchased a CoC blueprint base layout from CoC blueprint and the double rage tower on the firespitters and scatters melts this army so fast if you notice the bases he’s attacking its like th17 but with th16 defences and no eagle, I have my base maxed for what has been released and it’s shredding this army 😢
