Great video as always.. Although, I didn't understand the toilet scene. I think that part could have been left out or re-done, we don't need to see you talk shop.. Whilst needing to "take care of business" at the same time. Definitely an odd choice.
It was hard to tell if it was supposed to be a "bit" or if you were genuinely talking to the cameraman with the full intent of ending the scene with you goign to the toilet.
Either way.. That aside, I enjoyed the bulid up and to see what the event looks like.

Your videos are always very informative as well as professional.
I enjoy them very much. It is also nice that you include part of your everyday life as you go. (I.e. eating, restroom stop, and pointing out unigue items such the pizza.)

Brilliant engineering on moving the centre piece. The portable cart system is also brilliant. Kudos to you and your team. 😊

This is amazing .. we used to do this with kiddie rides in the mall for Christmas.. we did the big Apple ride, some zamperla like the rio grande train , buzz buzz and mantels rides like their mini carousel, kiddie whip and fire engines.. holy shit I wish we had a 5th wheel dolly like that.. you are an amazing boss.. every carny boss I’ve ever met or known sat in their trucks and micromanaged, but you get in there and get your hands dirty and your crew probably appreciates you

Can't you devise a way to attach the top of the mast with the center portion is still in horizontal position? That would not make the top of the mast lighter, but you would not have to raise it up a ladder.
Of course you would have to modify your towing attachment. About that one, it may benefit a wheel at the bottom, so you can move the tower manually (though tight corners).
    Congratulation on the successful event.
I can spend the night watching a team building or putting down a ride. Here in Thailand, it is mostly manual assembly, a pile of beams and 5 hours later you have a ferris wheel...

I'm taking a guess, the fee for a set up like this is about 20,000 dollars. Tell me if I got it right.
