I'm so happy to be able to view your projects. So many other designers and mostly non designers with no degree do not show any projects but their own homes video after video especially one comes to mind from Georgia! Yawn.
You always have different color palates and designs that offer something for everyone.
You do beautiful work!
I think you opened up a whole new possibility with house flipping. Why not put in a killer element like marble countertops to make buyers think, “I must have THAT house and no other!” Very innnteresting🤔 Beautiful job, and your rug line is so tasteful!
Thank you Jilly!!! Appreciate your comment and kindness!
Nina!!! I'm so happy you were able to sell this home. It is absolutely beautiful and unique. I definitely still see your personality in the design.
Thank you Amber you are too kind!! ❤️❤️
One of my favorite episodes!! More please!
Wow. Such a beautiful transformation

I am IN LOVE with ALL your ideas. from Water-saving plants to the Calcutta kitchen, powder room, the rugs, the light fixtures the checkered floor!!! ❤❤❤
Thank you, Aisha! So kind of you ❤
Bravo! I’m giving you a standing ovation 😂 and of course I love your dress, hope it’s in you LTK
Thank you. I’ll link it now!
Fantastic job on this property ... Love the marble in the kitchen and the sink in the powder room. Those are my favorite elements in this flip.
Mine too!!!
The sink was amazing
Thank you!
Very nice! I love seeing this type of content. More of this please!!!
Thank you Donna!
Nina, this flip!! It's absolutely stunning through & through.❤ The resort vibe backyard landscape (chef kiss ) The inside 😇. I've been waiting on this reveal. Magnificent. Thanks for sharing
Thank you!!! Means A LOT!
Beautiful house Nina. Love the powder room - sink is a piece of art. Also like the kitchen, baby’s room and the Serge M light in the dining room. I can certainly understand how the outdoor area sold the house - wonderful. Have a good week❤❤.
Thank you so much Tracy. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead as well.
Gorgeous work…the powder room sink was my favorite…second we’re the tiles in the entry.
Please please please show us the whole process of you picking things for the new project, actually doing the remodel room by room. Your thought process is so helpful.
Hi Sarah, I will definitely do that with my new project which is in the demo phase. Make sure to follow me on Instagram @ninatakesh as I will be revealing much of the process in my stories. ❤️
The most beautiful item in this house?Sophia! Hoping she has made a full recovery💝I’m also hopeful that all rug companies expand their rug size options in every shape! Custom is always an option. Is this house still going to be a tear
down and why?? It is beautiful Nina thank you for sharing.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! Fantastic job! Love the dress❤
Thank you Edna!
Love this!! Can’t wait to see more
Where are the kitchen stools from?
In love with this house! Loved every single room 👏🏻👏🏻
I loved all of the marble and the rugs of course
Love the kitchen. I typically do not associate butcher block with more contemporary design, but it looked amazing.
Thank you so much. I am so glad you liked it.
A truly STUNNING transformation 😍
Thank you for the large format matte porcelain tile idea in the bathrooms. I will definitely use that product on my bath remodel. I'm also looking up that CB2 office chair and the bath vanity package. You are helpful and lovely, Nina!
My absolute pleasure Diane. Good luck with your remodel! How exciting!
Best video!!! So much helpful advice. Thanks so much ❤❤❤
Hi Nina - I love, love your remodel - very creative on a budget!!!! Wow! I can't seem to find the kitchen chandelier that you linked. Also, I tried to research but, I couldn't make out the name of the chandelier that you mentioned. Beautiful job! kudos.
Hi here is the link to the kitchen flush mount lights amzn.to/3FJ4qWx
And here is the link to the dining room chandelier ❤️amzn.to/3MdD5PF
Absolutely beautiful!
😘
A lot of great work done and super helpful advice related to this project! I especially appreciate the advice on matte porcelain tiles, which is not very common here in the Middle East. It’s a stunning renovation. The lot is incredible; definitely a lot of value embedded in the land…
Thank you NT for sharing your talent and skills with us, not to mention the links :)
My absolute pleasure. Thank you for being so kind.
I really love this black matte porcelain tile. ❤
I love all the amazing tips!! So good. I also love that you occasionally go off the rails and add a bougy custom item such as the marble sink. This entire renovation is so attainable. Next time I’d love to see the backyard at night!
Can't help myself!!
I love the house! But I’m loving your outfit even more!!!! 🔥
Thank you!
Beautiful reno Nina. Could you kindly share where you got the black and white picture of a lady?
Hi, the black-and-white picture of Sophia Loren belongs to the contractor who let me borrow it. Lol.
😊😊😊loved everything 😊
♥️ I couldn’t take my eye’s of the black & white art work/photography of the lady in the black frame. Just stunning.. Who is she!? x
Sophia Loren
It’s Sophia Loren. The Italian movie star from the 50’s ❤️
@@NinaTakesh ♥️ Thank you. The whole home is stunning.
It’s done well but it looks a bit regular, which is fine for a rental, It’s clean and simple so will be really easy to redo when the tenants move out. If I needed somewhere to rent this would be ok for me 👍🏽
I really liked the dining table with beautiful lamp above it❤
Thank you!
One of my long term goals is to be able to buy houses in my area that nobody wants and renovate them and stage them. I don’t know wether I’d sell them or rent them out but this video gives me so much inspiration for my dream ❤
So glad to hear that ❤
This is a beautiful renovation. There are many innovations and clever ideas. I liked the focus on a complete house. Everything was great and hung together. What I like most was the landscaping which respected the need to conserve water but was still pretty and conducive to various uses such as outdoor parties and walks around the paths. I can see why the prospective renters decided to buy it. It must have been hard to let it go, but I am sure you are always looking for new projects.
Thank you Edward. They are like little children that you raise and have to let go of. ❤️
@@NinaTakesh I'd like to add that the baby' room is great. I was the father to a baby a few decades ago, but if I did it again, I'd seek inspiration in your creation!
Breath taking!! I almost had a heart attack seeing that sink in the half-bath. WOW!! Now I want one. It is more than beautiful; it looks extremely practical and functional with that large countertop/“tray” area. Amazing. So glad you didn’t do a tear down and managed to work with what you had. The yard is gorgeous! Love how you blended native landscape with grass. So why don’t you like porcelain? How could I have missed you saying that. I love porcelain for a bathroom because it is so easy to clean and looks nice. Of course I would love marble but is it impractical in a primary bath?
Thank you ❤
Beautiful job. The powder room did it for me, as the kitchen. The standout though, were the two chairs underneath the olive tree.
Great job - I would love to see what you did on the front of the house too!
Thank you Laura!!
Love your videos! Where did you have your powder room sink made?
I love the paint, can you tell me the paint color and the trim color? Thks!
What a gorgeous home you created. Where did you source the bathroom vanity and countertop?
Hi it’s in the description section! ❤️
Hi Nina,
Thank you for sharing your beautiful work.
What are the colors on your walls?
Would you please share the name of the company and colors with us?
Thank you! ❤
Hi! Thank you for watching. It’s Benjamin Moore Simply White
Where did u get the bathroom vanity with top and sink. Love it
Hi it’s in the description section. ❤️
Love you project 😍 where is the pergola from ??
Would you believe we got it a Costco!!
@@NinaTakesh wow 🤩 Does it have a roof that can be closed and opened ??? If so I would like to have a link to it 🥰
Great job , learned a lot.
You mention “we” , who is working with you.
AHHHH! Tell ruggable they need to make your rug in a 10 and 12 foot round!!!! Great job.... love the house. smart!!
I certainly will. Thank you Randy for watching. ❤️
Wow 🤩
I didn’t see the link for the primary bath mirrors. Am I overlooking it?
Here you go rstyle.me/+GtwNq0QamBpuMVHUveKInA
The guest toilet sink 👌🏻🫶🏻
There are not enough visuals on the house, for my liking, and yet what I did see looked lovely, but the video is too much of you and not the home. You're clearly excellent designers, so I want to see more ...
I appreciate your comment and we’ll make sure we illustrate more of the details. Have a great week ahead.
I thought
I'm first forever
Noooo Nina there more of you than the house in this video. Wordy and not much visuals so disappointed please don’t change your style this doesn’t work !
I think she likes the camera.
@@brianlooksaround6125 The camera definitely likes her. She's stunning!
Uh… are you sure you’re not trying to say “pərɡələ” (Pergola). You said “Pergota”
