Los guantes protegen las manos del operador pero no garantizan la higiene en los alimentos ya que todo, lo sucio y lo limpio, es tocado con los mismos guantes. Qué tipo de fiambre será el que ponen. No aclararon si es jamón o algún embutido. Los kiwis no son lavados, apenas los mojan con la ducha. Se podría decir otro tanto de las lechugas. Me apena el desperdicio de la pulpa de los kiwis que desechan con las cáscaras. Me gustaría saber en qué se aprovechan los bordes que recortan y los extremos que descartan de los panes de molde. Me llamó la atención que pusieran tomates Cherry como frutas, pero en realidad es lo que son! Estoy acostumbrada a que en mi país se los consuma con comidas saladas. One of many things I like most about Korean restaurants is their hygiene process. They use different gloves for cutting, washing and the organized neat work counters. Oh I wish such there in Sri Lanka and India. Sri Lanka somewhat included on gloves using in big restaurants but I don't know if they use the same one everywhere but in India for these 5 years I hardly saw restaurant food handlers using proper gloves. If by chance use, they use same gloved hands to open cashier, touch hair and scratch arm and what not. Why all countries follow same strict rules of hygiene when it comes to food?

Me apena el desperdicio de la pulpa de los kiwis que desechan con las cáscaras.
Me gustaría saber en qué se aprovechan los bordes que recortan y los extremos que descartan de los panes de molde.
Me llamó la atención que pusieran tomates Cherry como frutas, pero en realidad es lo que son! Estoy acostumbrada a que en mi país se los consuma con comidas saladas.

One of many things I like most about Korean restaurants is their hygiene process. They use different gloves for cutting, washing and the organized neat work counters. Oh I wish such there in Sri Lanka and India. Sri Lanka somewhat included on gloves using in big restaurants but I don't know if they use the same one everywhere but in India for these 5 years I hardly saw restaurant food handlers using proper gloves. If by chance use, they use same gloved hands to open cashier, touch hair and scratch arm and what not. Why all countries follow same strict rules of hygiene when it comes to food?
Congratulations to the noble and dedicated workers of this South Korean company. So admirable, order, good inputs I hope your work is well paid and you are given the consideration you deserve. 🎉😂😊❤
