Very close indeed, but I'll go with Baptiste. I've seen many pro riders in Cape Town and I've watched Baptiste sail several times. His precision in the things that he does is very fine. Even simple things like a tack are fast and perfect. His name hasn't appeared top of the ranks but it would not surprise me if he's a world champ one day- the man has talent. And if not, it's a beautiful thing to watch a gent like that sail.

Nicolas double looked more like the side-wards rotation that you usually see. Baptiste had a 'rolling' rotation but a cleaner landing?

Agree with Pons. I think Baptiste wins because of height and cleaner landing but Nicolas had the cleaner rotation which made it look easy.

It was 60knots.. well 50 at least. It was cranking!! But then it dropped so they put bigger sails on.. 3.7
