42:43 sir in his previous videos mentioned that tmax equalling infinity means that there is no SHM happening but here the same is being considered tmax.
Here also if Tmax is infinity than SHM won't occur, when force will be applied to that disc , it will turn a little and remain in Equilibrium as Sir mentioned in the last part. Sorry if i made some mistakes. Hope I helped u😊😊
