Talofa and welcome back to another Sunday cooking Episode on our channel. Super excited for today's menu because it's been a long time since I've roasted a whole chicken on the umu. Even more better, these are locally bred chickens that lay eggs on a commercial scale here in Samoa. Other items on the menu include our faiai elegi (mackerel in coconut cream), taro, oka (raw fish in coconut cream) and our chicken soup 🍲 😋 .
