It’s been 19 years if you fact check him on the progress of the school plans. Nobody is hating they are trying to help y’all see that yes he states facts but that’s how he gets in y’all pockets. Sincerely speaking, Dr. Umar is analyzing matters critically well! The historical matter he brings to table justifies his arguments; I agree with his stand on matters to do with LGBTQIA, religion, social order and others too. I like a lot of what Umar is saying.. Me being a reader, reading works of scholars in their specific field. I noticed the more knowledge a scholar gets the more humbler they’ve become. A scholar never calls himself a scholar. A scholar is recognized by other scholars to be a scholar in their specific field, and by referring to their works for reference.. For him to explain why he’s not invited on certain platforms mentioning Malcolm X and H Rap Brown in comparison to himself is a NO NO BRO!! Malcolm X and H Rap Brown had a movement of people, powerful people and wealthy people DOING WORK and getting work done. Thats what made Malcolm X and H Rap Brown a threat. We’re not talking about a social media platform of followers established by just pressing a button (FOLLOW) after hearing a spicy talk. If Umar had a platform who genuinely followed him LIKE Malcolm X and H Rap Brown had. Umar wouldn’t have to raise money for a school, and still trying to raise money for years. Where are all the young black men now who benefited from Dr Umar during his time as a psychologist ? He mentioned he doesn't want to give a timeframe anymore because something always goes wrong when he does that delays the grand opening..Everything built has a estimated time. We want there to be a campus for black boys to learn everything he needs in order to be successful in whatever way he deems it to be but Dr Umar hasn't delivered anything and he won't. I don't mind him being a scholar and touring the country sharing what's needed and even giving advice but 15 yrs or more and nothing's been produced .. y'all ok with that but drag VP HARRIS because you haven't seen her policies ... at least you can see where she'll be . If Umar had a platform who genuinely followed him LIKE Malcolm X and H Rap Brown had. Umar wouldn’t have to raise money for a school, and still trying to raise money for years. Money would’ve been flooding in from other countries, celebrities, professional athletes down to the bum beggars on the streets. Umar school would’ve been open in no time had he had the power,influence and love by his followers like Malcolm X and H Rap Brown had. Again! I won’t throw the baby away with the bath water because Umar say some deep stuff. But! Umar is not there yet and the fact that he’s claiming that position is one of the main reason why you don’t give it to him. That’s a sign he’ll end up loving the position over the struggle goal and objective.. I believe the real educated scholars see that in him and that’s why he doesn’t get their support financially.. A genuine person starts with what they have. They start from teaching in their home if the have too, and grow into a huge university because they understand that the school is not the building..✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿

Dr Umar is a great speaker who is very intelligent. I wish he would have focused on podcasting from the beginning and tutoring or doing speaking engagements only. The school still being closed after years of making public declarations about the school opening is setting him back from becoming a legend.

I wonder will that affect students getting accepted to college? Whatever the case he should clear that up so people will know what they are donating towards. Right now, the donations are questionable as we see no school in 2024 and probably no school in 2025-2030 . It doesn’t take this long to open a school. Let alone a tutoring/training center. I’ve lost hope and respect.

I remember how Robin on The Morning Show treated the actor who was going to portray Nat turner, and I knew why she was doing it. I was so disgusted he came there to talk about the movie and she kept bringing up some rape charge from in college, that he was found not guilty and the young white woman killed herself.. No one can deny what Dr Umar says about saving young black boys and men is crucial and creating a safe space to cultivate the minds of our young boys would be amazing, but how long do you wait for a school that's not even close to being completed ? 4 yrs for the abandoned school houses in Delaware 12 yrs since the other school that was allegedly sold from underneath him and promises being made since 2007 or 09.. Where are all the young black men now who benefited from Dr Umar during his time as a psychologist ? He mentioned he doesn't want to give a timeframe anymore because something always goes wrong when he does that delays the grand opening..Everything built has a estimated time. We want there to be a campus for black boys to learn everything he needs in order to be successful in whatever way he deems it to be but Dr Umar hasn't delivered anything and he won't. I don't mind him being a scholar and touring the country sharing what's needed and even giving advice but 15 yrs or more and nothing's been produced .. y'all ok with that but drag VP HARRIS because you haven't seen her policies ... at least you can see where she'll be . Come on now! Have any if you black Male supporters been to see the campus since its purchase? Have you seen a list of the staff that'll work there? How about the upkeep won't be included in your $500 a month tuition that doesn't include travel cost but it wouldn't matter anyway because Dr Umar already said parents aren't allowed to show up on campus where your children will reside and you paid for. Have any of you seen blueprints of the dorms? There could've been a multitude of schools already in progress with the amount of time and money given for FDMG school. Why has Dr Umar declined assistance from everyone unless you Hit The Cash App to his liking? How about this let's build a school once we've created a curriculum then build a committee board to help in where to build what the cost will be for building the school the staff the upkeep and whether the location will be safe for our young black boys. No no one will do that you'd rather support abandoned buildings with no opening date while young black boys grow old waiting on something that will never happen.
