Just getting back in the game after a 6 year hiatus. This line a is a complete game changer for trout in the many small spring creeks of southern Mn and the entire driftless region. Basically fishing in tunnels of trees and brush. I learned to cast in a couple days on the water and it is a blast. Wish I had this line 20 years ago. Now have two rigs lined up with this and will never ever go back to WF line. I have no need for it with a selection of floating and sinking tips it covers everything I want to do. I’m a streamer junkie and can throw a 5” chunk of meat with ease on a 5wt. Can’t say enough good things about this line. Opens up so many spots you would walk past before.

Thanks for the support!
Hey Ryan do you have an Instagram? I want to ask you some questions about utilizing this for the Driftless.
@Detroit3pistons I don’t have a Instagram or Facebook account but what questions do you have?
@@ryanlamont4417 Do you think the OPST is overkill for the Driftless? Does it make a lot of noise when your fly lands?
The micro skagit line has been a game changer for me here in south western pa where cover and small streams are my mainstay
That's AWESOME to hear
@@OPSkagit helped me be in a great position to cast to, catch and land a 28 inch rainbow a few days ago.
@@donalddouds6033 So glad to hear!
Love my OPST on my 4wt Superfine Glass and 6wt Scott Radian. Fun to cast. Great for distance with little room.
That's great to hear!!
Are you able to cast bigger flies with the OPST setup than you normally would? Can it cope with streamers?
Can you use a floating tip instead of a sink tip off the head?
Yes
Really love your opst heads but i seriusly wish that your videos had better sound quality 🤦🏽♂️
Sorry about that we are working out our sound issues!
Impossible to hear even with speakers turned all the way up. I sadly didnt watch your video
El audio es deficiente.
Sorry and thanks for the feedback!
