    Been doing this guys exercises for like four years and i love his holds. If you do the founder for like five sets a days youll feel so much better

    Is this exercise good for a spine with Osteoarthritis? I have Bastrop's Disease in my L4 and L5 and thinning discs in my L1 -L3. My entire spine from the neck down has Osteoarthritis.

    he's robbing motion from his knees to get those toes in and not from his hips as it should be in proper anchoring, this throws the decompression breath off. Dr. Goodman is explaining it right but this dude is not getting it.
