- Let us see How to Setup JioFi. Your JioFi box contains
1) JioFi Device
2) Battery
3) Adapter
4) USB Cable
Follow the steps mentioned below to setup your JioFi Device
Step 1 - Open the back cover of the device
Step 2 - Note the JioFi SSID and Password printed on the label. This will help you to connect your devices such as mobile, PC, Smart TV to JioFi device.
Step 3 - Insert the Jio SIM & Battery
Step 4 - Turn on the JioFi device by pressing the power button on the right
Once the device is turned ON, you will be able to see Battery, Signal & WiFi indicator. Green or Blue signal indicates good device network.
Your JioFi device is now ready for connecting mobiles, smartphones, Smart TVs and other devices.

I cant get more than 100kbps at daytime

Only on some areas u ll get internet in high speed depends where u stay and how many jio towers are around.. if u know jio nt working in ur area then y u purchased that sim??

@@jemscharania3376 had to move to new location. Jio rejects your authority to raise complains too. Customer care not supportive. My simple argument is 'If you can't handle such huge customer base then why take it'
you come in market and compete other telecoms with exciting schemes and a bad service. Existing telecoms also struggle to be there and hence they also compromise quality.
in totality we are now left with no good service providers.
After switching it on ...the signal does come to green or blue

I purchased jio dongle yesterday it is fully charged but battery has been showing red colour indication after charging . so what happen with it. @jio

Mr. Jio, Jio call with jio Fi not working from 5 days and customer reps also not helping. and Jio Call required following full permission to open app : - Call logs, Camera, Contacts, Location, Microphone, SMS, Storage, Telephone. Please ask permission only for necessary.

I have been utterly disappointed with jio Fi. I am not getting the internet and if I call to the customer care, it will not be connected most of the time and if connected I get the answer that more users are using the Internet on the same time. This is really cheating. And jio now is planning it provide 5G set up though they are not full filling the 4G to the common man. Please give me a solution to get a 4G internet. Please don't cheat the common man.
