To prepare banosh: corn grits - 1 cup, milk - 2.5 cups, sour cream - 1 cup, salt to taste, bryzna - 100 g, chanterelle mushrooms - 300 g, garlic - 2 cloves, butter - 1 tbsp, salt and pepper to taste
