Blue Planet Softtop construction

This video was shot at the Blue Planet factory in November 2013 showing the construction process of the 2014 Blue Planet Softtop boards. The softtop boards are designed to be easy to use, lightweight and very durable. The PC bottom sheet make the bottom very scratch and ding resistant, much like the bottom sheet on a snowboard. The deck and rails are wrapped with high density EVA foam which makes it very safe and resilient. The first part of the construction process is very similar to our veneer boards.
