I Have 5 Years to Fix the Royals...

Today, we're starting a new MLB The Show 23 Franchise, and I have 5 years to fix one of the worst teams in the entire league in the Kansas City Royals. To put it simply: It is not easy to do a Kansas City Royals rebuild. They have a lot of intriguing young talent to build around but lack depth on their roster, and our job is to win a world series! Drew Waters was a top prospect for the Braves a couple years ago. He got called up for them and didn’t play very good so they traded him to the Royals for almost nothing.

He never played for the braves but got called up to AAA and didn’t do that good

Currently in Year 8 of a Royals chise and coming off back-to-back WS titles, and I've got a few thoughts:
-Salvy is insane and I hit REALLY well with him (he's won 2 MVPs in 3 seasons and is closing in on 600 career bombs)
-Singer develops really well in this game (he's won like three straight Cy Youngs in my save)
-Bobby Witt is a cheat code
-Drew Waters (Braves legend) also seems to sim/develop pretty well, at least for me

loving this content but i feel like you shouldnt limit yourself to 5 years, maybe just keep it going until the love for it dies down, or until you are not longer interested in it, give time for the league to revamp with nee prospects and such
