Perfect relationship: you can trust your partner, feel safe to be completely yourself, even with the worst part of you, you feel calm and relaxed, loved and cherished, even with ups and downs, but you both are able to communicate and go through the downs and work towards resolve the downs

      For FA it is boring.

@@marguskiis7711 I'm FA and I'm fed up with chaos, I run away from my family as soon as I could, at the age of 19 years old, because I wanted to be out of the chaos, the fights, the screams, slammed door and so on and lived on my own since then, even at University I lived on my own, to have silence and peace. But I understand that for some FA this is boring and they can create drama to put some spice in the relationship (my FA ex started to test/sabotage things for this and then used to ask if I was angry and I tried to solve things calmly and in a reassuring way, but he is still living with his toxic family and he's 40 years old, so it's hard here. I have always been aware of the toxicity inside my house and always had inside the urge to run away and stay away, from my intuition...I even went to a University in a distant town so that I could have had the excuse to not going home often)

I have anxious attachment, but I feel like we are like two sides of the same coin. I relate to so much of the topics you talk about. Perfectionism for example :)

My gf is FA and she had the relationship perfectionism. She had a idea of ideal man (modelled after her father and a narcissistic ex) and I she refused to accept me because I was the opposite character to the ex (who was heavily drinking bold and loud eternal bad boy and party animal). It took time to let go the idea.

Hey, i love your content. I can’t seek professional health as i am still financially dependent on my parents. I have realised i treat my partner as a scapegoat to all of my pain, I have been doing tapping for a few months now but i am too scared and idk how to do it. Should i do it on one subject at a time or whatever comes up? Thank you sm for your vids.

haha oh my gosh it really does sound like a cat, but I don't have a cat! I think that was my daughter calling for me from afar. I had to relisten a few times!

This is something that you don't have to deal with then, which I'm happy for you. But also, don't judge what you don't know.
